If the jury is obeying the judge’s instructions, they haven’t heard this.
So, hopefully, the Trump defense team can call him to the stand and get him to repeat it in front of that jury.
Wonder what lawfare the judge might pull to prevent this.
It’s significant that he provided this evidence to fat turd Bragg. Any more doubts that this is anything but a political lawfare assault on Trump to keep him out of the campaign?
Cohen lied about his reason for recording them. He said it was to “protect” them while not letting them know he was doing it
