The Hallmark Hall of Shame presents “Destroying Democracy”, with your host Joe Biden

Loading

Joe Biden really wants you to believe he respects the legal system.

Following the verdict in Trump’s trial, Biden took to social media on Friday to claim, “No one is above the law.”

President Biden said on Friday that the justice system “should be respected” and that it was “reckless” for former President Donald Trump to claim that the verdict in his New York trial was “rigged,” just days after he told his supporters the Supreme Court could not “stop” him from carrying out his agenda.

“It’s reckless, it’s dangerous, it’s irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don’t like the verdict,” Biden said in response to the former president’s remarks about the NY v. Trump verdict, which found Trump guilty Thursday on all 34 counts of falsifying business records related to the hush money payment to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in the lead up to the 2016 presidential election.

“Our justice system has endured for nearly 250 years, and it literally is the cornerstone of America. Our justice system, that justice should be respected. And we should never allow anyone to tear it down. It’s as simple as that,” Biden added.

Joe Biden is a habitual and chronic liar. The truth is, he does not respect the legal system. Biden has done little else other than abuse the legal system. Here he was, presenting himself as some noble caretaker of the law while at the same time destroying the fabric of our democracy by flouting the ruling of the Supreme Court.

No one is above the law, except for Joe Biden and his family:

Biden’s remarks came just two days after he bragged to his supporters at a rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that the Supreme Court ruling his student debt relief plan was unconstitutional did not “stop” him from canceling student loans.

“The Supreme Court blocked me from relieving student debt, but they didn’t stop me,” Biden said Wednesday from Girard College.

Biden, like several other Democrat and Republican presidents throughout history, has taken aim at the Supreme Court for a number of rulings they have made during his tenure in the White House.

It has been revealed that Biden has granted amnesty to 350,000 illegals, short circuiting the legal system.

While the Biden administration is attempting to look like it’s getting tough on the border, behind the scenes it’s operating a program of a “mass amnesty” for migrants, The Post can reveal.

Data shows that since 2022, more than 350,000 asylum cases filed by migrants have been closed by the US government if the applicants don’t have a criminal record or are otherwise not deemed a threat to the country.

This means that while the migrants are not granted or denied asylum — their cases are “terminated without a decision on the merits of their asylum claim” — they are removed from the legal system and no longer required to check in with authorities.

The move allows them to legally, indefinitely roam about the US without fear of deportation, effectively letting them slip through the cracks.

democrats are in a “full blown freakout” over Biden and his actions, in no small part due to Biden’s open border policies. Biden reversed every Trump action to secure the border and it would continue except for the looming election. You will remember how Biden claimed he had no power to do anything at the border (except to cripple every effort Texas made to shut the border down).

Speaking with the press on Tuesday morning, President Joe Biden said he has done “all I can do” as the standoff between Texas and the Biden administration continues. “I’ve done all I can do. Just give me the power. Give me the border patrol. Give me the people. The judges. Give me the people who can stop this and make it work right,” Biden told reporters.

Yet somehow his poor polling has enabled Biden to magically find some new power to act on the border!

President Joe Biden is set to sign a long-anticipated executive order as soon as Tuesday that would allow him to “shut down” the southern border should crossings surge, according to four people familiar with the administration’s plans. While those people cautioned that plans are fluid, the expectation is that Biden will issue the order before heading to France in the middle of the week for a ceremony celebrating the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

The order Biden is slated to announce would use section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to dramatically limit migrants’ ability to seek asylum at the southern border once encounters reach a new threshold. Administration officials have discussed 4,000 daily border crossings over the course of a week as the metric.

If he can do this now, he could have done it 3 1/2 years ago.

It was Biden who organized the indictments of Donald Trump:

Three prosecutors filed indictments against former President Donald Trump in close succession after he announced another run for president against Joe Biden in 2024.

The indictments from New York, federal and Georgia prosecutors have raised concerns about coordination with the Biden administration.

New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg met with federal law enforcement before indicting Trump on a state charge.

Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted Trump on a federal charge shortly after meetings between Biden’s counsel and Smith’s team came to light.

Biden has personally violated Donald Trump’s Constitutional rights and is the driving force behind the Trump trials. This weekend George Stephanopoulos did his best to smother the truth:

Stephanopoulos dismissed this line of thinking: ‘Of course, the attorney general of Manhattan has nothing to do with the Department of Justice.’

‘I vehemently disagree that the district attorney in New York was not politically motivated here, and I vehemently disagree that President Biden and his political allies aren’t up to their necks in this prosecution,’ Scharf responded.

Stephanopoulos was ready to cancel Scharf from the entire show, saying: ‘There’s no evidence here of that sir… I’m not going to let you continue to say that — there’s zero evidence of that.’

The former White House Communications Director for Bill Clinton demanded Scharf respond to his questions about the sentencing, which is scheduled for July 11.

‘This has nothing to do with President Biden,’ he said. ‘Do you want to answer the question about the sentencing process or not?’

‘I completely disagree that this has nothing to do with President Biden,’ Scharf responded.

Scharf is right. It’s all about Biden -all of it. The “crime” allegedly committed by Trump was a concoction of Bragg and his team specifically targeting Trump.

A crime manufactured for a single person. That is patently unamerican.

Led by Biden, democrats are trying to convince you that Trump is a threat to democracy, but that is a classic exercise in projection. It is Biden and the democrat party who are the real threat to this country and to democracy.

“It’s reckless, it’s dangerous, it’s irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don’t like the verdict,”

This is true, uncharacteristic of almost all of Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden’s statements. However, it isn’t simply the verdict we disagree with. It is the unscrupulous and corrupt means used to achieve that verdict, or even bring the case, for that matter.

Does the 4,000 illegal immigrant threshold include those Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden flies directly from their country of origin to the United States?

By the way, we are talking about a conviction on ONE count charged 34 times, not 34 counts. Just to be clear and to further demonstrate the corrupt and political nature of the case.

Dems have an epic ‘Come to Jesus’ moment after President Trump’s sham conviction backfires all over the place…

A couple of pull quotes…

In life, we all have those horrific “aha” moments where we pause and think, “Oh no, what have I done?” This usually happens when some poorly planned, desperate scheme goes off the rails. And that’s exactly what the Dems are experiencing right now as their entire “sham conviction” plot begins to unravel like a ball of cheap yarn, leaving nothing but a chaotic, disheveled mess behind.

——————————

This isn’t how the US is supposed to behave; we’ve lost the last sliver of moral high ground we had and have descended into complete and total “banana republic” territory. Ironically, for the first time ever, many of these Democrats who egged this one are finally seeing the writing on the wall and reading the room correctly—and the panic is setting in.

———————————–

Things have gone so sideways that the Dems are now calling on New York Governor Kathy Hochul to pardon President Trump. And they’re not asking for this for the “betterment” of the country—they’re asking because they realize this has been one of the biggest political missteps of all time.

—————————–

And it’s no wonder Democrats are getting jumpy. Just look what happened over the weekend in New Jersey at a UFC fight. The crowd went wild.

Benny Johnson on X: “https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/15.0.3/svg/1f6a8.svg UFC Crowd goes INSANE for Trump just two days after being convicted in NY trial. https://t.co/GKEQcAVN6f” / X

The Dems, who gambled with a “Hail Mary” move to try and stop him, inadvertently threw gallons of gasoline on an already raging political bonfire, and they know it.

This one has done irreparable damage to the biden campaign. The NY case is and will be the only one before November. Big Fat Fani is likely to be thrown off the Fulton CO case in October, the J6 case will become moot following the USSC decision in Fischer v. United States and finally when Judge Cannon puts Jack Smith in trial later this month, the MAL documents case will go buh-bye.

Where are those 81 million votes?

That UFC scene was epic. Try to contemplate where Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden could duplicate that. Where? In what group? NO WHERE, NO HOW. He’s a piece of lying, corrupt, treasonous, incompetent, pedophile shit.

It is impossible for biden to match that level of support anywhere anytime. In a nutshell, the biden campaign is not against President Trump, it is against the American People, full stop.

Where is biden’s base. Without the media his base is nonexistent. No outpouring of likely voters where ever he goes.

After all these years, you still don’t understand that Democrats and MAGAs approach the election in different ways.

No, we fully understand. MAGA’s vote, usually in person and Democrats cheat, commit election fraud and push illegal immigrants and the dead to vote. Very few will get up off their asses to vote for Democrats.

Yeah Rosebud the Demon-Rats want Bigger Government and more regulations

So… The “second crime”… Has Trump been found guilty,of it? Otherwise, the Merchan court is trampling,on his constitutional rights as he is not guilty of said action until a Court finds him so. You can’t use an alleged action as a.”crime”. What is this??? Now innuendo is fact?

You don’t have a “need to know”. You are just a common taxpayer. It’s none of your business. Despite them lying to you about EVERYTHING, you are hereby ordered to just sit down, shut up and believe the propaganda. How much is 2 + 2? Think carefully, comrade.

Legal scholar urges Republican state AGs to sue New York and Alvin Bragg for election interference, at the Supreme Court.
Mark Levin — Alternative strategy to bring this case before the Supremes.

A good friend, who is a seasoned Supreme Court litigator and all-around outstanding attorney, urges Republican state attorneys general to sue the state of New York for its lawfare against President Trump (I have written about and discussed that President Trump’s lawyers should consider seeking common law writs for reasons I won’t restate here), which would create a second and wholly independent basis for paving a path to the Supreme Court via original jurisdiction. Obviously, one cannot predict what the Supreme Court would do, but they provide the justices with the ability to decide whether to act, which they surely should. These are extraordinarily dangerous times for our republic, which requires smart and experienced appellate lawyers to seek legitimate avenues to the Supreme Court, however rare but nonetheless appropriate and serious, to help protect the Constitution and the Republic. Here is what my friend wrote:

THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHOULD BE SUED IN THE SUPREME COURT
New York prosecutors have sought and obtained civil and criminal judgments under unique New York laws against Donald Trump in New York courts before New York judges shortly before the Presidential election. Their purpose and the necessary effect of what they have done is to interfere in the forthcoming federal election by persuading voters in “swing states” not to cast ballots for “electors” who would choose Trump to be President. The legal validity of these New York judgments has been challenged, but cannot be determined before the election.

“Electors” are the individuals whose commitment and vote under the Constitution’s Twelfth Amendment will determine whether Joe Biden or Donald Trump will be our President from January 2025 until January 2029. They will be selected in all States by the voters’ choice for Biden or Trump in the election to be held on November 5, and will formally cast their votes in the “Electoral College” that will assemble on January 6, 2025.

The Supreme Court said in Burroughs v. United States, 290 U.S. 534, (1934) that even though presidential electors are not “officers or agents of the federal government,” they “exercise federal functions under, and discharge duties in virtue of authority conferred by, the Constitution of the United States.” A single State may not deliberately utilize its local laws, invoked by prosecutors, and implemented by judges who affiliate with one national party, to tilt the voting for electors in other States. Because of instant communication attributable to modern technology New York State can deliberately interfere with voting across the country. The Supreme Court in Burroughs quoted with approval the decision in Ex parte Yarbrough, 110 U.S. 651, 657 (1884), that it is proper “to secure this election [of electors] from the influence of violence, of corruption, and of fraud.”

What New York has achieved (and what it will accomplish unless the Supreme Court takes prompt remedial action) is to make this and future federal Presidential elections chaotic and unpredictable. It subjects them to aggressive attack on one candidate by a single partisan State choosing to weaponize its local laws and courts.

New York’s effort to prejudice the Presidential election is comparable to Colorado’s determination, unanimously vacated by the Supreme Court in Trump v. Anderson, 601 U.S. 100 (2024), to remove one Presidential candidate from its ballot. Colorado purported to invoke a federal constitutional provision, but it was also a one-State effort to interfere with the Presidential election.

New York’s conduct is more egregious, will cause more lasting damage, and calls more crucially for a Supreme Court remedy than what Florida’s courts did, and the Court reversed, after the 2000 Presidential election was held, but the vote count in Florida was not completed. Because this year’s election process is ongoing, a more extreme perversion of a fair and uncorrupted choice by voters can be perpetrated by New York’s sentencing decision and by enforcement of the civil judgment. Both would be based entirely on New York’s local laws and will be announced by its partisan local judges to be exploited by instant publicity across the country.

States like Texas, Florida, Tennessee, North Dakota, Utah, and others that are strongly Republican could sue New York in an Original Action in the Supreme Court under the provision of federal law that authorizes actions in the Supreme Court of controversies between States (28 U.S.C. 1251(a)). They could seek, as relief, that New York be ordered to vacate the New York judgments against Trump. This relief does not depend on any determination by the Supreme Court that either of the local New York judgments misapplies New York law (which is probable), but because the judgments were designed – and are being invoked – to corrupt the Presidential election in “swing states” like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, among others. If the Court fails to intervene, New York will succeed in unraveling a national electoral process that was set in place with the birth of the Constitution and has peacefully endured through the nation’s most tumultuous and partisan periods.

The Court should also lay down a prophylactic rule to protect future Presidential elections from similar interference. It should declare that a State may not, in the year of a Presidential election, initiate any civil or criminal action that is based entirely on that State’s local law in its State courts against a Presidential candidate. The civil and criminal cases against Trump in the New York courts (or in Georgia’s local court) could be pursued and tried (if the prosecutors were still interested) after the election.

Such a rule would be critical in the 2028 election. Incumbent President Biden has not been sued or prosecuted in the local courts of deeply Republican States because he has presidential immunity. But if the 2028 election involved no incumbent, the Republican States could do what New York has done to Trump and what future Democratic prosecutors are likely to emulate in their States– prosecute and sue the opposing candidate shortly before election before a judge who will probably have similar political views and secure one or more judgments that can be publicized and may have substantial effect in “swing states.”

The reich stuff – what does Trump really have in common with Hitler?

…Trump made more than 30,000 false or misleading claims during his four years as president, according to a count by the Washington Post. Perhaps the most egregious is “the big lie” that he, not Joe Biden, won the 2020 presidential election, only for it to be stolen due to widespread fraud. De Berg writes in his book: “The idea behind the concept of the big lie is that if an untruth is sufficiently extreme, people are likely to accept it if only because they cannot bring themselves to believe that anyone could lie in such an outrageous manner.

“It was Hitler who came up with the concept, writing in Mein Kampf that ‘the great masses of the people … more easily fall victim to a big lie [große Lüge] than to a little one, since they themselves lie in little things, but would be ashamed of lies that were too big. Such a falsehood will never enter their heads, and they will not be able to believe in the possibility of such monstrous effrontery and infamous misrepresentation in others.’”…

Except that the Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden regime is a pretty precise replica of the Nazi system or the Soviet system. Censorship, political prisoners, fascism, political terror, political violence, persecuting political dissidents, propaganda are all characteristics of the Democrats. Trump? Nope. None of that existed under Trump and there is absolutely no reasonable argument to expect it would arise if he won in 2024. I guess I could add fear tactics to the Democrat’s list.

“Reich” means “German nation”. OK… so why would Trump declare he is going to create a German nation here in the US? How does that make sense in any way? Would “unified RIGHT” make more sense? Sure it would… and does. But without taking comments out of context or inventing a comment outright, Democrats have absolutely NOTHING to talk about. Without lying about Trump, you have no argument. What are you going to argue, the great economy? The secure border? Peace around the world? What a smooooooooth withdrawal from Afghanistan he directed? What, exactly? All you do is confirm you whiny, crybaby, sore losers are as stupid as you look.

Plus, biden is a known pedophile how molested his adolescent daughter multiple times forcing her to shower with him.

And he is dumber than a box of rocks finishing 76th in a class of 85.

After Seeing How Much Money Trump Raised, Biden Calls Up DA Bragg To Ask If He Can Get Charged With A Felony Or Two

comment image

Boy, CAN he!

Would “unified RIGHT” make more sense? Sure it would… and does. But without taking comments out of context or inventing a comment outright

It was a phrase that was written in the video; it wasn’t a case of inventing a quote or of Trump misspeaking in the heat of the moment or of someone taking a partial quote out of context from a larger one. “The creation of a unified Reich” is written out on a fake newspaper front page for all to see.

Again, idiot… which makes more sense? Who wrote it? Was it titled by AI? How stupid do you have to be to think this is in any way legitimate?

Oh… sorry.

You might be in a cult…

But, he IS a tool of the CCP, used and compromised by a CCP spy. THEN he tipped her off that the FBI was on to her so she could escape.

You have really classy idols.

Must be a fart video, no thanks.

Well, Fartsmell is on it and he is nothing but a fart, so you are absolutely right.

The Enviromental Cult who worship the Creation not the Creator

They dont worship the creation they worship the agenda, killing whales with offshore windmills and birds with windmill farms, covering acres of wildlife habitat with easy to destroy with hail stones solar farms. Strip mining for rare earth minerals and lithium. The agenda cult is insane.

Here’s a big difference between the economic damage wrought by using fossil fuels and that brought about by renewable energy resources. Getting at the resources is ecologically damaging for both types of energy production; there’s no getting around that. The difference comes in using the resources. Every time fossil fuels are burned to create energy, they pump pollution into the air. On the other hand, creating energy with wind turbines or solar panels does not pump pollution into the air.

A solar panel can be in use for years and cause zero pollution; fossil fuel power-generating facilities generate air pollution every second they’re running.

Even if you set aside all arguments about fossil fuels contributing to global warming, surely you must see that not generating pollution is better than generating pollution.

And your stupidity you and Greg Dumb and Dumber for real

Oh, no. Spurwing Plover thinks I’m stupid.

Anyway.

Spur is correct, absolutely spot on.

No, retrieving fossil fuels has been rendered pretty environmentally friendly. We have also made great strides in reducing pollution from fossil fuels usage. It’s also not proven that the use of fossil fuels damages anything.

The green energy production, however, is so devastating (and fossil fuels intensive) that it has to be kept hidden away in places like Africa, where no one the Democrats could possibly care about live. And then there’s the actual employment of those renewables, which falls far short of the fossil fuel potential.

No, generating energy with wind turbines and solar panels does not create pollution (well… except for the used blades, the oil leakage, the turbine collapses, the destruction of wildlife). Their massive carbon bootprint is stomped into the earth during production of the hardware.

All this is about is the left trying to move away from fossil fuels so they can corner the renewables markets and control it and, thus, the population. In their world, we all live clustered in massive infection-spreading cities with little or no options of living conditions, jobs or free movement.

It’s also not proven that the use of fossil fuels damages anything.

Yeah. We’ve cut pollution and recover and refine the energy far cleaner. I guess you hadn’t heard.

And narrow minded Imbecilic like you and Micheal who let CNN do their thinking for them

Except energy from wind and solar is impractical and is not reliable. Pin heads think we can replace the energy demand with under performing technologies and lack of reliability.

The sun is out there doing its thing 24/7, and it will be doing so for billions of years. The key is getting the solar panels in the right place. The technology currently exists to generate solar energy in space and beam it back down to Earth. The sun is always shining in space—it’s totally reliable in that respect.

Solar power generated in space has already been beamed to Earth.

Link

In Texas in 2021, a massive freeze that lasted almost two weeks (hello? global warming? You there?) cause all wind and solar production, 20% of our capacity (thank you, federal government) to just lay down and quit.

So genius every home will have energy beamed to it?
How about good engineering not some half-wit highly expensive brain fart.
https://www.motortrend.com/features/july-technologue-low-temperature-plasma-ignition/

You should read the comments section of the first article you site. It may bring you back to earth. The possible applications mentioned do not apply for baseload power which solar and wind cannot provide, even in space. To attempt that the square miles of solar panels needed would be astronomical. Coupled with their slow degradation of power output and maintenance requirement’s the costs would be huge. Try getting a copy of Dumb Energy by Norman Rogers for a primer. The US will need more not less reliable affordable power going forward with AI and the push for electric vehicles.
Your concern about fossil fuel power generation should be directed to China and India. The biggest polluters. I’m sure they would be happy to hear from you.

Just for FYI.

People keep trying to discuss the EV issue assuming the current scale of personal transportation vehicles. Not too long ago, it dawned on me that was a mistake. The leftist plans for the future don’t consider that.

Personal transportation and single family home living will be reserved for the ruling elite and uber-wealthy. The rest of us (well, the rest of YOU. I’ll be dead, no doubt) will live in huge urban concentrations where your designated work place is within walking or packed public transportation range.

The resources available will probably be plenty for those who will have access to it. Not you. Not Michael. The IMPORTANT people.
