There is a lot consternation about Israel rooting out Hamas in Gaza. IMO one needs to watch this before even thinking about taking sides. It documents what happened on October 7 and it is very graphic. It clearly depicts the mentality and depravity of Hamas.

One cannot realistically separate Hamas from the people of Palestine. They are all Hamas and I for one am not particularly sympathetic to them. Hamas uses “civilians” as human shields and Palestinians have no objection to it. Were they serious about seeking peace they would release the hostages (most of whom are likely deceased) in a show of good faith. There is no good faith in Hamas or the Palestinians who wholly support them.
