The left proves Trump is right. Again.

There has been a load of harrumphing and indignation from the left over something Donald Trump said a few days ago when he said that he would not run to the aid of countries who did not meet their financial obligation to NATO.

And one of the presidents of a big country stood up and said, well, sir, if we don’t pay and we’re attacked by Russia, will you protect us? I said, you didn’t pay. You’re delinquent. He said, yes, let’s say that happened. No, I would not protect you. In fact, I would encourage them to do whatever the hell they want. You got to pay. You got to pay your bills.

Well, the left went utterly nuts. The NY Times:

Much more of this left wing panty twisting can be seen here.

The only thing this proves is that democrats would suck at negotiations with Russia and China. Think of them all as Antony Blinken, who has been a complete failure.

Trump is right to poke the delinquents. Only 35% of NATO meet their defense spending obligation.

Only 11 of the 31 NATO member countries were expected to meet that target for 2023, according to estimates published last July by the alliance.

That means that 20 NATO countries were expected to spend less than 2% of their GDP on defense, based on the 2023 estimates. The countries with the lowest percentages of spending were Luxembourg (0.72%), Belgium (1.13%) and Spain (1.26%). Five other countries, including Canada, did not meet the 1.5% mark.

Despite being a major contributor to NATO otherwise, Germany fell below the 2% minimum. But German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said Monday that his government would ramp up military spending to meet the commitment. Whether other leaders will follow suit is unclear.

This from Byron York:

This is sometimes what it takes to get the laggards in line. And you know how the left-wing media wasn’t going to cover Trump speeches?  Back to York:

Many news orgs black out Trump speeches. With one big exception: When Trump says something hot enough that they drop the ban, play clips over and over, and obsess about it. So the blackout creates a perverse incentive for Trump. If he gives straight speech–crickets. If he says something outrageous–dominate the news cycle. And that brings the story to NATO…

Trump is right.  Again

In 2020, it’s estimated that the US spent just over 3.7% of its GDP on defence, while the average for Nato’s European members (and Canada) was 1.77% of GDP.
2% is what they agreed to.
Depending on the USA to defend them from what ever for 80 years. Had they been spending as much as agreed they wouldnt be wetting themselves over a non Nato corrupt country being marched on.

Its time that National Defense took priority over Other Nations who need to close their Borders to the Middle East put a end to this Globalism under t he UN America needs a wall not any more Bridges like some European Nations have

I saw this earlier.

Trump on TruthSocial, after disgraced George Santos’ seat is filled by a democrat:

Republicans just don’t learn, but maybe she was still a Democrat? I have an almost 99% Endorsement Success Rate in Primaries, and a very good number in the General Elections, as well, but just watched this very foolish woman, Mazi Melesa Pilip, running in a race where she didn’t endorse me and tried to “straddle the fence,” when she would have easily WON if she understood anything about MODERN DAY politics in America. MAGA, WHICH IS MOST OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY, STAYED HOME – AND IT ALWAYS WILL, UNLESS IT IS TREATED WITH THE RESPECT THAT IT DESERVES. I STAYED OUT OF THE RACE, “I WANT TO BE LOVED!” GIVE US A REAL CANDIDATE IN THE DISTRICT FOR NOVEMBER. SUOZZI, I KNOW HIM WELL, CAN BE EASILY BEATEN!

Feb 13, 2024, 10:17 PM

Staying home can also be a vote.

Thats right sitting it out is a vote. I was not going to vote for Gallager, thank goodness he knew better than to run with his lousy voting record. Our district needs a solid conservative.

To RINOs a dem is preferable to a Trump supporter.
The district is screwy in that those same RINOs put up a con artist then a dem mascarading as a RINO.
~30% turnout was at least better than how much AOC got elected with on her 1st time out.

Printing ballots and voting them to mail in can also be a vote. A Democrat vote.

Truth is not in the Liberal Democrats vocabulary. Rosebud

Democrats, with their fear porn, swore Trump was going to pull out of NATO. No, what he wanted was for the other members to do their fair share to defend THEMSELVES instead of relying on the US, the sucker, to carry the burden. And, he accomplished that. What happens when he leaves? Same old shit, and you can bet the gutless turd Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden isn’t going to be strict with them. He’s only worried about the contributions to HIM.

What really pisses me off is that we have to keep explaining the same thing to these morons over and over again.

“Trump is going to destroy NATO!11!”!

No, you idiot. He is forcing them to live up to their obligations so we do not keep getting played for suckers.

In the interim, NATO provokes a stupid and unnecessary war in Eastern Europe.

“Trump is going to destroy NATO!11!”!

No, you idiot. He is forcing them to live up to their obligations so we do not keep getting played for suckers. But since NATO sucks, maybe it’s time to reconsider all of it.

Unfortunately, those people are terminally stupid.

Belgium (1.13%)

Yet NATO HQ is in Brussels, Belgium. They like soaking other countries money. I would say they can have the UN also and we jump ship on both organizations. We have plenty of our own issues that take priority over supporting deadbeats.

02/14/24 – Top Republican warns of ‘serious’ national security threat

“I am requesting that President Biden declassify all information relating to this threat so that Congress, the administration and our allies can openly discuss the actions necessary to respond to this threat.”

Is it bigger than a bread box?

Republicans aren’t like Democrats. They don’t leak sensitive information just to make themselves look good or harm an opponent. They respect classified information.

So they informed every member of Congress, which meant every media outlet on the planet would know it was about Russian orbital nukes before the sun went down.

Republicans aren’t like Democrats. They don’t leak sensitive information just to make themselves look good or harm an opponent. They respect classified information.

Who is the President of Mexico?

De Gaulle?

Greg is way beyond hope of recovering from their Liberal Stupidity

Nobody know what this mysterious “threat” is. Some Democrats say it’s a dire existential threat, some say don’t worry about it. It’s made up to try and fear porn the passage of their wasteful aid package. Democrats are like lying little children.

joe’s “dire threat” might be our seeing reports from Tucker Carlson in Moscow.
Just saw him go to the replacement for McDonalds that joe’s sanctions forced Russia to put in.

A Siberian businessman simply duplicated the McDonalds menu and the results, according to Tucker are “delicious,” and “better than McDonalds.”
Also the price this week:
In Russia you get 2 cheeseburgers, regular fries, a cola and a piece of chocolate cake for exactly $7.
In the USA you’d pay $3.69 just for one cheeseburger, regular fries are $2.79 a soda is $1.00 and a dessert is $2.49 and up, so a total of at least $13.66, almost twice as much.

Speaker Johnson Shuts Down Senate Bill, Blasts Biden in Fiery Presser: “A Man Too Incapable of Being Held Accountable For Mishandling Classified Information is Certainly Unfit for the Oval Office (VIDEO)

The sleeper cells allowed in?
The gangs from Venezuela allowed in teaming up with MS 13 allowed in?
Whats your guess?
In Venezuela, Brazil and other SAM they would ride motorcycles and rob random people at gun point, citizens seeing them would mow them down with their cars, wait til NY drivers catch on.

Have you ever used a quote you DIDN’T take out of all context? Just wondering.

Oh, did you notice that yesterday, all members of NATO pledged to meet their 2% obligation? I’m sure that’s just a coincidence.

02/16/24 – Putin critic Alexei Navalny, 47, dies in Arctic Circle jail

Russia’s most significant opposition leader for the past decade, Alexei Navalny, has died in an Arctic Circle jail, the prison service said.

Seen as President Vladimir Putin’s most vociferous critic, Navalny was serving a 19-year jail term on charges widely considered politically motivated.

He was moved to one of Russia’s toughest penal colonies late last year.

The prison service in the Yamalo-Nenets district said Navalny had “felt unwell” after a walk on Friday.

He had “almost immediately lost consciousness”, it said in a statement, adding that an emergency medical team had immediately been called and tried to resuscitate him but without success.

“The emergency doctors declared the prisoner dead. Cause of death is being established.”

Navalny’s lawyer Leonid Solovyov told Russian media he would not be commenting yet, although his close aide Leonid Volkov wrote on X: “Russian authorities publish a confession that they killed Alexei Navalny in prison. We do not have any way to confirm it or to prove this isn’t true.”

Within minutes of Navalny’s death being announced by the prison service, the international community hailed the courage of Vladimir Putin’s biggest domestic adversary.

France said he had paid with his life for resisting Russian “oppression”, while Norway’s foreign minister said Russian authorities bore a great responsibility for his death.

Mr Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, said merely that Navalny’s death had been “reported to the president”, who was on a visit to the city of Chelyabinsk.

Don’t doubt for a moment that Putin—immune from prosecution for for any official act for life—had him poisoned. This is what happens when you give such men power, and place them above the reach of the law.

How sad I feel for America.

Because he was a champion of freedom and an enemy of murderous tyrants, you stupid cow.

Again, why should any American care about Alexei Navalny?

We shouldn’t.

Golly, I’m impressed as hell. I’ll bet you tell that to everybody. I really like the part about the bugs.

What freedom are you babbling about?
They have no GMOs 15% flat tax and cheaper groceries no floride in the water clean and safe public transportation, we could have that and much more if it were not for goverment grifting.

No one who understands what you are would expect you to.

Yes you certainly are a sad sack of shit.

Yeah, well Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden hasn’t got much longer. Hope is on the way.

339 more days is he doesnt fall over dead first hang in there Greg.

I’m sad for Russia, too.

Gosh, persecuting the political opposition. What kind of asshole DOES that?

biden keeps racking up one impeachment article after another…

Persecuting and prosecuting are two different things.

From one of your favorite left wing publications, Comrade Greggie:
Democrats Should Pick a New Presidential Candidate Now
The party needs to wake up and stop sleepwalking toward disaster with Biden as its nominee.

The Democratic Party is heading into the 2024 election with a presumptive nominee who may well be incapable of defeating former President Donald Trump. The incumbent on whom the party is relying to run against Trump’s dangerous threat to the country and the world currently rates at an anemic and steady 39 percent approval. Worse, no less than three-quarters of Americans and half of Democrats worry that President Joe Biden lacks “the necessary mental and physical health to be president for a second term.” And those figures come from a survey released before Special Counsel Robert Hur’s damning comments last week about Biden being an “elderly man with a poor memory.”

Democrats Should Pick a New Presidential Candidate Now – The Atlantic

If Biden drops out, that leaves kamalala off of a ticket. That would jeopardize what biden has left of the black vote.
Also, kamalala would be out of politics leaving her no choice but to look for Willy brown.

Democrats aren’t obsessed with Biden. They’re obsessed with stopping Trump—as is Biden himself. He’ll step aside if necessary. It would probably be a great relief. If he does, the timing will be carefully calculated. So would his replacement.

The GOP is stuck with Trump. He’d burn down the country before he’d leave.

Last edited 2 months ago by Greg

Democrats aren’t obsessed with Biden.

Correct. They’re obsessed with power and control.

They’re obsessed with stopping Trump—as is Biden himself.

Of course, Trump, or anyone, who will stand in the Democrats way of obtaining absolute power.

He’ll step aside if necessary. It would probably be a great relief.

You really are f*cking nuts. Do you think for one minute Dr. Jill wants to give up her tony life style in 2025? Do you really believe that Joe Biden is in anyway in control?

If he does, the timing will be carefully calculated. So would his replacement.

Communism has always been carefully calculated, fool.

Democrats aren’t obsessed with Biden.

Maybe they should be. He is corrupt, he is incompetent, he is compromised, he is a pedophile, he is demented. Maybe a little obsession is in order.

Being “stuck” with a proven leader that brings success to the nation and citizens is hardly a drawback.

Trump’s poll lead is sinking fast and there are miles of trials ahead. You should think about dumping Trump.

There are no “trials” that are going to affect the election. Your lawfare campaign is falling apart.

You know that’s bullshit.

Comrade Greggie, keep telling yourself that but when you have lost the NYTs and The Atlantic……………………………………

Name one swing state where Biden’s in the lead.

You are too stupid to comment here if you believe that crock of shit.

Not when Democrats control the DoJ.
