Left wing media: Andy Ngo “says he was attacked” (wink wink)

The reaction of the left wing media to the attack on Andy Ngo is appalling. They continue to write as though the attack was a hoax. Heavy. com:

Andy Ngo is the Quillette editor who says he was assaulted by Antifa membersduring a rally in Portland, Oregon. On June 29, left-wing activists descended on Pioneer Courthouse Square in the city to counter protest a Proud Boy rally named “Him Too” which was due to take place at 1 p.m. Ngo began tweeting about his assault prior to the actual start of the rally as he says he was recognized by counter-protesters.(emphasis mine)

Three people were arrested in the melee, but not one arrest for the assault on Ngo. The media has pretty much completely ignored the attack.

In an update to the coverage totals posted by NewsBusters’s Nick Fondacaro here and here, the flagship major broadcast networks CBS and NBC still have yet to acknowledge the Antifa violence committed on Saturday in Portland, Oregon, which included the brutal beating and milkshaking of Quillette’s Andy Ngo, which left him badly injured with a brain bleed.

Along with CBS and NBC, MSNBC and The New York Times have joined them in the refusal to denounce this legitimate, actual attack (sorry not sorry, Jim Acosta) on a journalist for simply doing their job. And since Sunday’s Good Morning America, ABC had not offered an update.

In contrast to MSNBC, fellow liberal cable network CNN had at least offered a decent share of coverage considering their aversion to anything that goes against their preconceived narratives and endorsement of Antifa’s radical, violent actions and beliefs by some at the network.

Since 5:00 a.m. Sunday morning, CNN has spent five minutes and 26 seconds on the violence in Portland. Unfortunately, 47 seconds of that time (spread out over two hours of CNN Newsroom) didn’t note that one of those hurt was, in fact, a journalist (who also happens to be Asian and gay).

Monday’s CNN Right Now devoted a full report to what transpired, including Ngo’s injuries. However, the story was spun with Ngo being dubbed a “conservative blogger” and mentioned alongside “far-right,” white nationalist groups like the Proud Boys.

Left wing “journalists” piled on.

They assert that Ngo deserved it. Apparently others deserved to be assaulted as well:

Shortly after Andy was attacked, a man named Adam Kelly, who had come to downtown to another event, was beaten by at least three assailants. One had a bike lock and strongly resembled the person who threw a milkshake on Ngo earlier in the day.

When Adam went to help another man who had been attacked and was on the ground, he was viciously attacked from behind. These three pictures below are not mine. I was wondering what the hell the Portland Police were doing aside from collecting a paycheck,  but it seems that the execrable Mayor of Portland- Ted Wheeler- ordered the Portland cops to stand down. And he lied about it.

 

Portland is largely lawless thanks to Wheeler. Antifa runs the city and it free to mete out any punishment they desire. The left wing media is derelict in its failure to report this accurately.

Trump ought to bring in the National Guard and restore law, order and civility to Portland. And beat the living hell out of Antifa.

Free association, speech and the right to assemble is dead in Oregon the home to tyrants, brownshirt wanna bes and a$$hole cops that watch assaults and ride away on their bikes.
Trump ought to bring in the National Guard and restore law, order and civility to Portland. And beat the living hell out of Antifa. NONONO!

It’s wrong, of course. But I do wonder why this guy went out alone….

These people are looking for blood. When they don’t find it, they turn on the cops and start destroying property. That’s a better way to show everyone they are just fascist thugs.

Let’s see… when does a gay guy, not white, who claims to have been attacked get ignored by the liberal media? When does the attack of a gay guy get denied, even though their is video PROVING it (not just a gay guy creating a totally unbelievable tale of a beating)? Oh, right… when he is attacked by the Democrat Blackshirts.

I guess if I supported and encouraged such cowardly punks that ALWAYS attack as a mob and from behind, I wouldn’t report on it, either. They are all, every single one, cowards. Like claiming Obama was centrist and his economy was booming, calling these punks anti-fascists is a weak attempt to try and bury the obvious; that these ARE fascists, emulating the Nazis that prowled the streets looking for political opponents to beat into silence.

And, make no mistake, they act at the behest of the Democrats. They provide the muscle for the Democrats, who had a completely different view of sending people into opponent’s rallies, causing trouble and then complaining when their troublemaker-for-hire got kicked out or their force was met with force. THEN the fault all lay with the Trump supporters.

One wonders if the Democrats won, would their Blackshirts, like Hitler’s Brownshirts, be satisfied with merely fading away once their purpose was fulfilled? Rohm didn’t. Neither will these guys; unpunished and sanctioned violence can be addictive to psychopaths.
