democrats are a hybrid breed – a mix of ignorance and dishonesty. It is difficult at times to determine which is the dominant trait. It is acknowledged that the Russians did attempt to hack the election last year but were unsuccessful. Donald Trump did not win because of the hacking. He won because he was a better campaigner. Despite the accusations, there was and is no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Russia just wanted us to believe that. And believe it democrats did. Jonathan Gruber told us the obama administration depended on democrat voters being stupid, which probably emboldened the Russians. On the other hand…

If there was any collusion, it was between Russia and Facebook.

If there was any collusion, it was between the Clinton campaign and Russia.

What Russian hackers really wanted was to undermine faith in American elections.

But let’s go back to the Russian Trump thing and this is a beauty. If you believe democrats, you have to believe that Donald Trump is now colluding with the Russians to undermine his own Presidency:

Top lawyers from Facebook and Twitter said Tuesday that Russian-linked posts and advertisements placed on the social networks after Election Day sought to sow doubt about President Donald Trump’s victory.

Facebook general counsel Colin Stretch told a Senate Judiciary panel that content generated by a Russian troll farm known as the Internet Research Agency after Nov. 8 centered on “fomenting discord about the validity of [Trump’s] election.” That’s a change from Russia’s pre-election activity, which was largely centered on trying to denigrate Hillary Clinton, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence said in a January report.

“During the election, they were trying to create discord between Americans, most of it directed against Clinton. After the election you saw Russian-tied groups and organizations trying to undermine President Trump’s legitimacy. Is that what you saw on Facebook?” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) asked at the hearing.

Stretch and his Twitter counterpart, Sean Edgett, called that an “accurate” statement.

The disclosure opened a new wrinkle in the continuing investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, which has increasingly focused on the role of the biggest internet companies. Tuesday’s hearing marks the first time representatives of Facebook, Google and Twitter have testified publicly about what they’ve learned about Kremlin meddling on their platforms in the presidential campaign. The companies face additional lawmaker scrutiny Wednesday with back-to-back hearings by the Senate and House Intelligence committees.

Sow discord. Indeed. That has always been the goal. Curiously, we are not hearing democrats complaining about the current Russkie effort.

In fact, now one could argue that New Yorkers are working hand in hand with Russia:

BlackMattersUS, a social media campaign believed to be Russians meddling in US politics, promoted a large anti-Trump march in New York City in the days after the election.

A now-unavailable Facebook page for the Nov. 12, 2016, march shows the event’s host as BM, a known alias of the BlackMattersUS used throughout the group’s promotional materials for other sponsored protests, and encouraged protesters to meet at Union Square at 12 p.m. to march to Trump Tower.

The archived events page shows the event was shared with 61,000 people, 33,000 were interested in the event and 16,000 people marked themselves as going. “Divided is the reason we just fell. We must unite despite our differences to stop HATE from ruling the land,” a description of the event page reads.

On Wednesday afternoon, after BuzzFeed News published this report, the House Intelligence Committee released a sampling of Facebook ads linked to Russia. One of the ads releasedwas a sponsored post for the Nov. 12 anti-Trump march at Union Square.

Grubered again. The left is now working hand in hand with the Russians and they seem not to mind one bit. Wonder why…

The Russian activity was always about one thing- undermining faith in our institutions. They succeeded with the useful idiots known as democrats.
