Court Smacks Deranged Palin Hater’s Lawsuit Down…The Suit “ignored reality and common sense”

Loading

You gotta love a great smackdown….and it’s even better when it comes from the court…AND it smacks down the anklebiting scum that have stalked Sarah Palin for years:

A recent court ruling has fully vindicated Todd Palin’s role as close advisor and First Gentleman or, as we’ve come to know him, First Dude of Alaska. None other than serial ankle-biter Andree McLeod and her left-wing attorney Donald Mitchell (whom the court chastised in subsequent footnotes for multiple rule violations), claimed that by copying Todd Palin in any government related email, the Office of the Governor “waived” the deliberative process privilege and that therefore all the emails should be publicly released.

Not surprisingly, The Court didn’t buy this absurd argument and, in meticulously reviewing Alaska law, federal law, and the common law, resoundingly rejected Mitchell and McLeod’s meritless arguments. They even went so far as to say that McLeod’s team “ignored reality and common sense.” Readers here have known for some time that the left in general, and these moronic anklebiters in particular, routinely “ignore reality and common sense”. but rarely will you find a published court order confirming that as a matter of law. We will be framing this Court Order at the C4P headquarters, and perhaps selling commemorative coins to mark the occasion. The Court concluded that “common sense and Federal law require finding that Todd Palin could properly have acted as an advisor to the Governor.”

How many thousands of dollars did McLeod and Mitchell cause the state to waste defending another frivolous law suit? Will the State of Alaska ask the Court to have the cost it incurred for defending itself against this latest frivolous case reimbursed.

The PDF of the ruling is here.

I’m doubting this will stop McLeod’s obsession with her so expect more frivolous lawsuits to be waiting in the wings. Why would the nut stop now when she’s losing and costing more money to the State. Why stop there? Just keep that healthy obsession running on all cylinders….it makes for great entertainment as we watch your ass getting handed to you.

good. i don’t know how the palins put up with all this.

be at the polls in november and vote out these horrible demonrats. we need to get our country back on track. by now we should be living in the “star trek generation”, where we have artificial limbs that look real and act real, we should be exploring the galaxies with imagination, we should have homes that require little cleaning, we should provide our own fuel, we should have cars that can fly, ect. my point is that we should be in the future, not mired down with what is going on with all this power grabbing politics. let the people live and flourish.

It is insane the way Palin has been treated, they must be really afraid of her.

😛 😀 Of course they are terrified of Ms. Palin. She’s beautiful, highly intelligent, utterly fearless and the braided armpit hair brigade suspects that she and her husband are having really good non-neurotic sex frequently! What’s not to hate?

I cannot wait to vote for her in 2012!

I would look into a counter suit that included slander an defemation of character or attempts thereof.

I find it amusing that women don’t like Sarah Palin based on the fact that she is good looking, successful and intelligent. My girl friend hates when I compliment Palin anytime she speaks on TV.

@southernsue:

Our cities should be glass-domed and climate controlled in perpetual springtime, connected by monorails (the transportation system of the *Future*!) by now, too…I want my old future back!

Sarah and Todd win another one. The left can’t get it right.

Ouch,that’s going to leave a mark

Maybe the two nutcases can move in with Joe McGinniss and really drive themselves bonkers while looking at the fence. Andree can buy endless batteries for her laptop and blog somewhere other than a basement while the lawyer can work on ways to torment himself over how they can sue for the fence.

They might even make into Joe’s book that will have at least two buyers.

SOUTHERNSUE: hi, that was very good, I like your comment, bye

What I don’t understand is why some of these judges just don’t cite people for contempt of court with these frivolous cases and rulings. These people had no standing. They are not even interested parties. Why in the world do the courts allow these kind of cases? Just fine them and make them pay all the court costs when they file these ridiculous cases.

The Suit “ignored reality and common sense”

Sounds like the Democratic party.

ALERIC Sarah P. Successful- yes; good looking- hell yes(ease up on the tanning bed): highly intelligent- c’mon.Would love to see her run against H.R.C. in 2016.

rich wheeler: (ease up on the tanning bed)

You are aware of the amount of daylight in Alaskan summers, aren’t you? sigh….

mh Is it summer in December? She’s darker year round than my South American wife No big deal. Vanity plays well here in So. Cal. It’s the “intelligent” moniker that warrants scrutiny.

@Mr. Wheeler

You should ease up on the intelligence attacks on Sarah Palin. From the house rep. who thinks Guam can tip over to the Wisconsin county sup. who doesn’t think AZ borders Mexico, the democrats are about as stupid as they come, and Obama can be thrown in right along with them.
