Curt I checked to see what edition of WP you are using and it’s 2.9.2 which is the current configuration. It’s a pain in the ass but you have to keep the WP upgrades current and also the plug-ins. But you know that now. Sometimes it seems there aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything I know.

Almost Dinner time here. We get gaps in Comms at times with gear that was bought from the lowest bidder. Satellite Comms mainly. My net card works better but it is not a Gummint purchase.
My night crew in Operations considers FA to be part of the Life Support here. If FA goes down I hear about it in a NY minute. You have about 30 or so Lurkers here that live on microwave popcorn and installments of Skookum’s tales, Mata’s contributions and Mike’s A articles and coffee.
My night Ops crew gets both current Ops feeds and what they call “junk” from ISAF in Kabul and CENTCOM in Qatar that is logged in and fed to those concerned.
Curt: Stuff happens and that is a given. When DOD feeds go down it is noted. When FA is not available I get notice quickly.
Thanks for keeping FA up and not to worry. Sometimes Stuff just happens…
OLD TROOPER: you said’sometimes stuff happens”. my neighboard said “we where short of 10 youngs this morning” they found 7 scaterd around and 3 are missing; it’s 10.30 tonight and i hear the mothers calling, i hear the sound of the coyotees; no moon,it’s dark like can’t see nothing. EVERY SPRING,some drama when the farmer let go the cow in the pasture. creepy story of real lifein the country. but when the daylight appear tomorrow, the green pasture is so beautiful it’s almost intxicating to visualyze bye 🙄

Ms. Bees, calves will wander off sometimes if not supervised. Normally their Mommas keep an eye on them.
I am a stones throw away from or in Kandahar on most days. That’s where Our business is located.
Right now Kabul is getting a lot of “attention”. You just might get the distinct impression that some folks really don’t want our attention to their details. Not to worry.
OT, sorry to be behind schedule, I don’t like the idea of you and your crew looking for stories that are late. The trouble is I am on a road trip with a tough schedule. Later today or tonight I will pass within a few hundred miles of your home ranch; I will be thinking of you heroes and your lives over here. I was working on islands off the WA coast for the last week with intermittent signals that seemed to fluctuate with the tide. Working San Francisco today and then East. Got a couple hundred horses in CO to look at. I had a neat experience on Vashon with a French Warm Blood who is a seven year old recent gelding with an attitude problem; I am trying to turn it into a political analogy. I think you and your crew will get a ‘kick’ out of the training session. I took some pics on my phone, so it will be a modern story.

OLD TROOPER: that’s what happen,after i told my neighbourd that the2calves had come out of the wood,but they got scare bye the 2 horses who also freak out, and returned to the woods, but i knew where they where about, so they let all the cows in there, [very impressing to see]; and she called me they where found after a week as they came to their mother’s call:i can say she was so happy and i too.they where ready to give up;just to say;we should never give up,there’s the proof. bye 🙄
