The NAACP is holding a march in North Carolina today to protest voter ID laws among other liberal causes. In the NAACP’s typical hypocritical style, they told the people attending to bring a photo ID.

If the establishment gets 51% of its revenue from alcohol sales, as stated above, carrying is prohibited;
It doesn’t say that Bill. It says if 51% is made by ‘serving’ alcohol, didn’t say sales of alcohol. (just being nit picky)

@Redteam: Perhaps the instructor over-generalized, but I would have a hard time believing that they meant bringing in 51% of their income through tips!
What he said was an establishment that earned 51% from alcohol sales, as opposed to a restaurant that serves alcohol but makes the bulk of its revenue from food sales. In either case, someone carrying is not permitted to consume alcohol.
But, I could be wrong. I don’t frequent bars, anyway.

@Bill Burris: In either case, it seems as if it’s up to the bar owner, if he wants to post a 51 sign to keep weapons out vs not posting that sign.
