This looks and sounds more like a school project than a government PSA. Is there any evidence at all that this is an official video made and distributed by the Welsh government? Anything at all? Even a scrap?
The “Welsh Refugee Council” shown in the video might be a hint that it’s not a school project. But, you know, that’s just facts and stuff.
Referring to the Welsh Refugee Council does not make video a product of the Welsh Refugee Council. The kids on one of the teams in my class have taken the team name of The Elon Musks. That in no way indicates that any of those kids are, in fact, Elon Musk.

The wonky sound, the clunky camera work and editing, the amateurish acting, and the fact that the name of the video-editing software they used features at the end of the film all say “school project” to me.
On top of that, I can find this thing mentioned in only two places: here and a Right-wing British web site. As I’ve mentioned, the Welsh Refugee Council doesn’t feature the video—or even mention it—on their site.
Unless you come up with someone involved saying that this is an official product of the Welsh government, there’s zero reason to believe that it is. Less than zero, actually.
