The check says it was a loan repayment. Any bank transaction in excess of $10,000 requires a Currency Transaction Report. This would not be an especially clever way of concealing an illicit payoff, would it?
Waving the check around and suggesting it’s evidence of a crime with nothing more to substantiate the the claim is typical of the GOP’s three-ring clown show.
