We saw it today at the Rochester, Minnesota Trump rally. Keith Ellison demanded a Covid protection plan for more than 250 attendees.
So, no venue would allow a large crowd.
However, a HUGE crowd was just outside of the venue, on the street.
Point was, Ellison could limit 1st Amendment freedoms by edict, so he did.
The disproportionate response to covid is cover for dictatorial control.
