- “person with an intellectual disability” (most formally correct and preferred by advocacy groups like The Arc or Special Olympics)

- “intellectually disabled” or “developmentally disabled” (as adjectives, not nouns)
So now we’re left with using retard as a pejorative. And it fits.
Tim Walz came close to becoming Vice President of this country and that is frightening.

Walz is a big proponent of men invading the private spaces of young women. So much so that Minnesota has become a trans refuge, at the expense of biological women.
Inmates in Minnesota’s sole women’s prison report feeling “scared” and “traumatized” by the presence of transgender women in their living quarters – a situation that arose after Gov. Tim Walz’s endorsement of a controversial “sue and settlement” arrangement with a left-wing organization last year.
He is all for biological men in women’s sports and destroying the dreams of young biological women.
He championed putting tampons in young men’s toilets.
All of which is bitterly and ironically amusing because Tim Walz can’t even tell you what the hell a woman is.

And he says “I’m not sure I understand the question here.”

A woman is an adult female. A female is a human that produces female zygotes.
It’s that simple. Men cannot produce female zygotes. Biological males cannot become pregnant or give birth. Walz has no damned idea of biology. But it gets worse for him.

WASHINGTON — A powerful US House committee and the Treasury Department both launched investigations into Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s involvement in a “massive fraud” scheme that involved Somali immigrants bilking more than $1 billion from taxpayers, they revealed Monday.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) told The Post that his panel “will conduct a thorough investigation into Governor Walz’s failure to safeguard taxpayer dollars” as a result.
“Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was warned about massive fraud in a pandemic food-aid program for children, yet he failed to act. Instead, whistleblowers who raised concerns faced retaliation,” Comer said.
“Because of Governor Walz’s negligence, criminals — including Somali terrorists — stole nearly $1 billion from the program while children suffered.”
The DOJ has already convicted 59 fraudsters in the scheme.
Also on Monday, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent posted on X that he had instructed his investigators to dig into how “the feckless mismanagement of the Biden Administration and Governor Tim Walz” allowed tax dollars to be funneled to Al-Shabaab terrorists.
The revelations about the scale of the $1 billion fraud for a COVID-era food relief program are new — as is the claim that some of the money flowed back to the Somali terrorist organization.
But House Republicans have been onto Walz and Minnesota over its leaky aid programs for months.
More than 400 whistleblowers have come forward blaming Walz for failing to act and retaliating against them:
More than 400 employees of the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) accused Gov. Tim Walz of failing to act on widespread fraud warnings and retaliating against whistleblowers.
The Minnesota Department of Human Service Employees account, which says it consists of more than 480 current staff members at the Minnesota DHS, wrote on X that Walz is “100% responsible for massive fraud in Minnesota.”
“We let Tim Walz know of fraud early on, hoping for a partnership in stopping fraud but no, we got the opposite response. Tim Walz systematically retaliated against whistleblowers using monitoring, threats, repression, and did his best to discredit fraud reports,” the group claimed. “In addition to retaliating against whistleblower[s], Tim Walz disempowered the Office of the Legislative Auditor, allowing agencies to disregard their audit findings and guidance.”
The Minnesota Department of Human Service Employees account on X has been suspended several times– the first time because Jack Dempsey didn’t like what they were doing and the second time probably because of Walz’s protestations. For some unknown reason they were suspended permanently but X acquiesced when X’ers came to their rescue.
The MDHSE even tried to warn Kamala Harris’s campaign staff.

In what is almost certainly connected to all of this, a judge in Minneapolis has overturned a fraud case that was airtight.
A judge in Minnesota is facing heat after she overturned a guilty verdict for an individual convicted in a $7.2 million fraud scheme that involved taxpayer money.
Abdifatah Yusuf and his wife Lul Ahmed were charged in June 2024 after they were accused of stealing $7.2 million from the state’s Medicaid program while running a home healthcare business that lacked an office building and operated for “years out of a mailbox,” according to the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office.
Prosecutors said Yusuf received Medicaid money for services that weren’t provided and overbilled for services that didn’t have documentation. Yusuf allegedly used the money to fund a “lavish lifestyle” that included shopping sprees at “luxury clothing stores including Coach, Canada Goose, Michael Kors, Third Degree Heat, Nike, and Nordstrom.”
While Yusuf was found guilty of six counts of aiding and abetting theft by swindle (over $35,000) in August by a jury, the decision was overturned by Judge Sarah West in November, according to KARE.
