Hating Trump Won the Election. Governing Will Be Their Punishment.

Last night was not a good night for the GOP, but it’s not all bad news.

First a couple of things. Curtis Sliwa is a moron. He had no chance of winning and guaranteed Cuomo wasn’t going to win either, not that Cuomo was truly desirable.

Second, Californians are idiots

Last night, it was Us vs Donald Trump.

Mamdani: has zero chance of implementing all his freebies. Hochul is not going to lay waste to the state in taxes to pay for his largesse (self-preservation). He will be claiming Islamophobia as the reason for his glorious failure. He will turn on Hochul, and you can expect to see another avowed socialist candidate primarying Hochul for governor of NY next election.

I especially like his post-election-attitude:

“We will put an end to corruption that has allowed billionaires like Donald Trump to evade taxation.”

I can’t wait to see how he does that. Freeze rents? Go ahead. That will make apartments impossible to find and as taxes go up those properties won’t be maintained, and they will fall into disrepair.

Usually following political victories there is some degree of grace or conciliation. There was none with Mamdani, and that tells me a lot about the guy. He doubled down instead. He is going to need Federal help at some point and that will be an interesting moment.
A lot of people are looking forward to Mamdani legalizing prostitution in NYC. That should be a real shot in the arm to the business of trafficking young women.

Mike Sherrill: High energy costs were the main factor in NJ, which has been owned by democrats for more than 20 years. So, to deal with energy costs they voted in another democrat via “No Kings.” Sherrill promises to freeze electricity rates- which are at their highest ever. Good luck with that. Sherrill’s campaign was all anti-Trump. What was she going to do for New Jersey other than freeze electricity rates at their peak?

She has no idea:

Back in May, she made an infamous gaffe when she became flummoxed after being asked about the top piece of legislation she’d like to get done.

“That’s a really good question, ’cause there’s so many that are coming to mind right now,” she replied during the May interview, stalling for about 18 seconds before conjuring up a vague federal block grant program — something beyond the purview of the state legislature and governor.

Ciattarelli’s campaign later seized on the stumble and blanketed the airwaves with ads spotlighting that moment. Sherrill clarified to the Philadelphia Inquirer last month that her top legislative priority is making “sure that we are building out the energy plan for the state.”

New Jersey has been owned by democrats for years. When they need a change, what do they do? Vote for another democrat.

Spanberger: Another “No Kings” winner. Main promise is to put men into girls’ showers. She’s against Trump but not for anything else. She has an AG who would kill his opponents and their kids.

All three ran an anti-Trump campaign. None of them emphasized (or could) what they were going to do to make their city and states a better place. OK, Vladimir Bin Mamdani promised to take King-like actions against the wealthy like some radical Jihadist. Taking from others rather than create was his theme. Hating Trump and making ridiculous promises is fun but you cannot govern with it.

Trump has nothing to lose by ignoring whatever plights set upon NYC, VA or NJ.

So cheer up. Reality bites.

Mark these words:
Governing Will Be Their Punishment.
Truth.
We’ve seen decades of leftists “governance.”
It’s pathetic.

This is going to be kleptocracy on a grand scale.
All these leftists leaders want to do is enrich themselves while “managing the decline.”

NYC will be most interesting. Will Mamdani make a legitimate effort to implement his promises and destroy the revenue base of NYC? Or will he hedge and renege on as many promises as possible, infuriating those expecting (as they did under Obama) a socialist utopia? Either way, NYC will give Detroit a run for its record as the greatest fall of a city in US history.

Reneging seems to be Mamdani’s middle name.
He promised “free this, free that,” but then he immediately told all his supporters he was going to need their cash for his (all female) transition team!
If his supporters had all this excess cash they wouldn’t need all his free stuff.

We have even more reasons for a total Boycott of the Big Apple next Summer

Mamdani is a pretty wealthy guy. How much of his wealth is he going to contribute or is it all conveniently kept out of the reach of NY? The hypocrisy is almost as stark as the sheer stupidity of people who find life unaffordable because of Democrat policies (onerous regulations, outrageous taxes, wasteful spending and rampant crime) is going to be solved by a) Democrats, b) more free stuff/more taxes. As the taxes go up further, more of the wealthy will be leaving, along with businesses and jobs. Hope you’re not a New Yorker, because this could be fun to watch.

This election firmly established what Democrats (or what used to be the Democrat party) are willing to accept. Socialism, support for terrorism, anti-Semitism, racism, crime, political violence and relegating women to second-class citizens. What was once known as the Democrat party is gone. In its place is a fascist socialist party that craves a totalitarian police state and, possibly, a dose of Sharia law.

When Islamic Calls to Prayer wakes up them Flatlanders at 5:00 am and their blocking the Streets while stooped down facing Mecca they will live to regret electing this creep and how quickly they forgot 9-11-01 let them pay the price for their stupidity
