Watching the circus in Chicago is appalling. Week after week people are dying in the streets. democrats seem so inured by the violence and death that it’s all normal to them.
The past weekend saw 54 people shot and 8 killed. To Gov. “JBeefy” Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson it’s another day at the office. Pritzker, who went to the safest part of Chicago with his retinue of bodyguards to proclaim how safe the city is says “Authoritarians thrive on your silence.” He adds “There’s no emergency that warrants deploying troops in Chicago”. To date this year 1166 people have been shot in Chicago and there have been 293 homicides.
This isn’t new. Chicago had been suffering like this for years. Donald Trump wants to curb the violence and death and Illinois’s leader fight harder against him than they fight against crime.
It’s so bad that MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough calls it out
He slammed Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson for their mismanagement of crime in the city — where 54 people were shot and seven killed over Labor Day weekend alone. “You know, it would be radical for us to figure out a way to actually do what I’ve been saying from the very beginning in Washington. And that is seeing politicians creating partnerships that protect their people,” he said.
But of course, Scarborough is playing games as well.
Last week, Scarborough downplayed crime in Democrat-led cities.“If you look at most crime charts, seven, eight of the top 10 deadliest cities in America, big cities, are usually in red states,” he said Aug. 26.
But the cities with all the violence are under democrat control.
Brandon Johnson is equally dispassionate about the lives lost
“No federal troops in the city of Chicago. No militarized force in the city of Chicago,” Johnson declared Monday.
“We’re going to defend our democracy in the city of Chicago,” he added, according to the Chicago Tribune. “We’re going to protect the humanity of every single person in the city of Chicago.”
Both Johnson and Pritzker fail in their obligations to something very important- their constituencies. The people of their cities and states want help. They want intervention. They want the violence and death to stop.
Chicago residents are calling for more police as crime continues to plague the Windy City, with the Trump administration considering sending in the National Guard.
“When I’ve been growing up actually, it wasn’t really as bad as it is today. When I was growing up back in the early 2000s… it was bad, but the kids nowadays, they’re just wreaking havoc in all of the neighborhoods,” Osiris King told Fox News Digital.

“We need, I’d say, about 10,000 police. Me, personally, we do need mental health. Now, here’s the thing. If you want to have mental health and have a mental hospital, get these illegals out of here,” Dennis White, a former National Guard officer, told Fox News Digital.
“The shelter that you put these illegals in—use that as a mental hospital so they can get the help they need, so they can be more of a productive citizen,” White added.

Alderman Nick Sposato, a self-described independent, said the solution is hiring more police.
“I think the biggest piece of the pie has to be more police officers, more protection. That’s what the people want. More visibility,” said Sposato, who has lived in Chicago for 67 years.
“I don’t know why he wouldn’t answer it,” Sposato added of Johnson. “I mean, he just refused to say we could use more police. He is a big believer of social justice.”
Johnson’s weird answer to solve crime was “more affordable housing.”
Last year Pritzker called out the National Guard to protect wealthy liberal donors and delegates during the DNC Convention. Wealthy liberal donors are more valuable to Pritzker and Johnson than are the common folk.
Why are Pritzker and Johnson so opposed to intervention when it has been so effective in DC, where Mayor Muriel Bowser has expressed her gratitude to Trump? Why do they resist?
One word. Ego.
Their hatred of Trump stems from their monstrous egos. They are unable and unwilling to make real efforts to stem the violence but allowing Trump to do the job would be admitting their failures.
Trump Derangement Syndrome is very real, and it leads to a reckoning:
- democrats hate Trump more than they love their country
- democrats hate Trump more than they love their states
- democrats hate Trump more than they love their cities
- democrats hate Trump more than they love their people
It’s a bad place to be – especially for the people living under this kind of rule.

Jigantic Blob Pritzker said what the problem was, right out loud. He said of DC that as soon as the National Guard leaves, crime will return. I guess the Guard leaving would be like… defunding the police and losing thousands of officers. Maybe we’ve said it a million times, but it needs to be said a million times more, until either Democrats undo the damage they’ve done or the PEOPLE elect someone that will. Everyone said that defunding the police would be a disaster and that those in poverty would suffer first and the most. That is exactly what happened and Democrats don’t give a shit.
As if that’s not bad enough, enter Soros and his pro-crime, anti-citizen prosecutors, Attorneys General and judges. When a criminal is actually nabbed and brought before a court, they are immediately released and usually not prosecuted. Democrats whine and cry about GUNS but they do nothing to the PEOPLE that abuse the guns. Democrats do nothing but throw gasoline onto the crime wildfire and they need to be held accountable.
