I don’t know if she’s a “store detective,” or “loss prevention officer,” or just a concerned citizen, but she did great.
I use the review of items I’d bought in the past at Ulta to rip them a new one over their policy of letting shoplifting just happen.
Seems I was not alone in telling them I’d rather buy elsewhere than be the victim absorbing the extra costs of other people’s “free” stuff.

As to the church shooting, I know from family experience that this church covers for their men at the expense of their women whenever it’s a “he said/she said.”
I doubt we’ll hear the real story since they keep real stories from their own followers as a matter of course.
