They CAN talk.
They can meet with the opposing sides for witness lists and even ways to present the case.

Probably a good time to remind people that it is the media’s job to EXPOSE the lies, not help promote them. Our corrupt liberal media is the major problem in this nation because without them supporting the corruption perpetrated by the left it would not be possible.
This provides no pleasure or solstice for me. It just proves our media is terminally leftist and corrupt, and will never stop lying to further their agenda.
