The state of New York passed a law making murder of children legal. Now the unborn may be killed right up to the moment of birth. Oh, I know it’s not worded that way, but the fact is that is how is can and will be implemented. In its usual and ham handed and deceptive way, Snopes tried to finagle the truth:

The New York state legislature passed a law allowing abortions after 24 weeks if the mother’s health is at risk or there is an absence of fetal viability.
What’s False
The law does not allow for unrestricted abortion up through the normal term of pregnancy.
Beg your pardon, but it does. The language of the previous law was changed and it was changed for a specific reason:
1) It allows for late-term abortion (i.e., after 24 weeks) if the health of the mother is threatened or the fetus is not viable. Previously, late-term abortions had only been legal in New York if the life of the mother was at risk.
It was changed to read “if the health of the mother is threatened” because “the health of the mother” can mean anything- a broken nail, a bad hair day or a headache.
Literally anything.

The Democratic Virginia delegate who has recently come under fire for sponsoring a bill in the Virginia House of Delegates that would allow the termination of a pregnancy up to 40 weeks old, is also the chief patron of a bill that would protect the lives of “fall cankerworms” during certain months.
Democratic Virginia Del. Kathy Tran introduced “House Bill No. 2495 – Fall cankerworm; spraying prohibited during certain months” on Jan. 9, the same day as “House Bill No. 2491 — Abortion; eliminate certain requirements.”
Tran came under fire Tuesday for her support of legislation that would allow an abortion to be performed just moments before the birth of a child.
Ralph Northam, the Governor of Virginia and a pediatric neurologist, endorsed the murder of infants:

The bald eagle will continue to be protected by the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act even though it has been delisted under the Endangered Species Act. This law, originally passed in 1940, provides for the protection of the bald eagle and the golden eagle (as amended in 1962) by prohibiting the take, possession, sale, purchase, barter, offer to sell, purchase or barter, transport, export or import, of any bald or golden eagle, alive or dead, including any part, nest, or egg, unless allowed by permit (16 U.S.C. 668(a); 50 CFR 22). “Take” includes pursue, shoot, shoot at, poison, wound, kill, capture, trap, collect, molest or disturb (16 U.S.C. 668c; 50 CFR 22.3). The 1972 amendments increased civil penalties for violating provisions of the Act to a maximum fine of $5,000 or one year imprisonment with $10,000 or not more than two years in prison for a second conviction. Felony convictions carry a maximum fine of $250,000 or two years of imprisonment. The fine doubles for an organization. Rewards are provided for information leading to arrest and conviction for violation of the Act.

But here’s the question- if a baby can be murdered just before birth, as it is being born or left to die after birth, why not allow murder of a one year old? Why not allow the murder of a five year old?
Why not decriminalize the killing of children entirely? I mean, for the health of the mother, of course.
I am not against birth control or even early abortion but this is truly depraved. democrats work tirelessly to cheapen the value and meaning of American citizenship and now destroy the meaning and value of life.

No one forces her to accept and care for the child perhaps these would be butchers should make arrangements to place the tough tiny survivors of the “medical procedure” to place the infants in adoption facillities or foster facillities.
She walks away with no consequences exactly as if she had never made the “choice” to have unprotected sex.
If only there was a way to monetize this….domestic adoption ranges from $8,000- $40,000 nothing seems more planned as adoption parenthood.

It is the more heinous when it involves infanticide which Vermont Bill H. 57 bill allows if not advocates. Let us Invoke the principle of continuity: fertilized egg to embryo to fetus to infant to child to adult. No one of these 6 stages may exist without the previous stage. Abortion is merely a soft word for a more glaring image called murder which is now allowed in Roe vs. Wade to include the fetus. In the third trimester, the now misnamed fetus is capable of independent survival, i.e. outside the womb. They are called preemies. The Vermont legislature now presumes the right to murder preemies? A preemie is an immature baby. H. 57 Chapter 223 Sec C states “A fertilized egg, embryo, or fetus shall not have independent rights under Vermont Law.” By omission, this declaration acknowledges that preemies or immature babies do have rights. While the immature baby is incapable of declaring its right to life, so the child would be incapable of articulating its right to life. And what of the disabled adult on the lower end of the IQ scale? Thus, others have the right to declare the right to life of the unprotected. Article B states: “Every individual who becomes pregnant has the fundamental right to choose to carry a pregnancy to term, give birth to a child, or to have an abortion.” The thorn is in the last phrase. There is no constraint placed on the stage of abortion. Does Vermont presume to pattern after Virginia and New York? To include the 3rd trimester? It would appear so, but it is not openly declared, which declaration may come from the [in league] Vermont Supreme Court. By the wording of Sections B and C, which are contradictory, a woman does NOT have the right to an abortion in the third trimester, nor should she! Immature babies are not candidates for the heinous, despicable and shameful intent of most of the Vermont legislators. H. 57 should never have been presented before the legislative body and should be summarily thrown out.
