The NY Times created a firestorm when it announced that Sarah Jeong had been hired as the newest member of its editorial board:
What would it be like if we all deleted Facebook? What does the future of online privacy look like?Why can’t the tech industry diversify? Are monkeys allowed to sue over copyrights? And what in the world is #cockygate?
To answer questions like these, the editorial board will soon be turning to Sarah Jeong, who will join us in September as our lead writer on technology. Sarah will also collaborate with Susan Fowler Rigetti, our incoming tech op-ed editor, and Kara Swisher, our latest contributor on tech issues.
Sarah has guided readers through the digital world with verve and erudition, staying ahead of every turn on the vast beat that is the internet.
She arrives most recently from the Verge, where she’s a senior writer. She also authored the book, “The Internet of Garbage,” which examines the many forms of online harassment, free speech, and the challenges of moderating platforms and social media networks.
It didn’t take long before her considerable history of racist, anti-men and anti-cop tweets was uncovered:

The general defense seems to be that whites cannot be the target of racism. One has to ask- would the Times still hire her were black people the targets of her venom?

Jeong promptly blocked him.
Jeong is an idiot. She is an a**hole. She is perfect for the NY Times.
This is a signal from the Times that whites are the race which may be ridiculed and be the target of endless ad hominem without recourse.
So please do not fire Sarah Jeong.
She will be the NY Times’ albatross. She will be the constant non-healing sore. She will be the living symbol of their hypocrisy.
She will single-handedly erode what’s left of their integrity.

Let the dying rag hire any racist anti-white feminazi they want, they have long since ruined their reputation. Just saw a story on Fox that Candice Owens Tweeted some of the same comments as Sarah Jeong had Tweeted, but replaced “white” with “black” or “Jewish”. She was banned for 24 hrs.
If she had been hired and it was revealed she once Tweeted, “I support traditional marriage.” she would have been summarily fired. I she had Tweeted she didn’t support the destruction of historic statues, she would have been fired. The left readily accepts and embraces racism, as long as it is directed at a common enemy.
Don’t worry, they won’t fire Sarah. First, she’s committed no liberal sins. Second, no one is going to begin protesting and bust out their windows. She’s safe as long as she is properly racist.
