Welcome to obama’s America. A 23 year old black man with a long rap sheet, Sylville K. Smith, was shot in Milwaukee after a traffic stop when he ran from officers and then turned toward them with a handgun:
The man who was shot and killed by a Milwaukee police officer on Saturday – an incident which sparked a night of violet protests – is seen on body camera footage with a loaded gun in his hand, officials said at a Sunday news conference.
Sylville K. Smith, 23, was identified Sunday as the subject of a Saturday afternoon traffic stop that turned deadly when Smith allegedly ran from officers and then turned toward one with a gun in his hand.
Both the cop and the perp are black:
Both Smith and the unidentified officer who shot him are black, Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn said.
“The individual did turn toward the officer with a firearm in his hand,” said Flynn, later adding that Smith “was raising up with” the gun.
Smith had in his possession a stolen gun with an extended magazine capable of carrying 23 rounds. As happened in Ferguson, rioters went nuts and burned down their neighborhood.
At a news conference just after midnight, Mayor Tom Barrett said the situation appeared to be calming after a riotous scene in which as many as 100 protesters skirmished with police, torching a squad car and tossing a brick through the window of another. Police mounted at least two efforts to push the protesters out of an intersection at the heart of the violence.
But that wasn’t enough. Revenge was on the menu. Appropriateness was not. Rioters hurled gay slurs at the cops.
“F*ck you!” one woman yelled. “Get your bitch ass up here!” she said, apparently taunting them.
“F*ck you boys!” she continued. “F*ck all y’all pussy ass f*ggots!” she shouted.
(So where are the SJW’s?)
They attacked whites in cars:
“They’re beating every white person!” one of the agitators shouted in the video. “They jumpin’ every white person.”
When the mob spotted a white driver, they attempted to block his car from passing.
“He white! Beat his sh*t!” the man yelled.

When tribal behavior takes over, the law of the jungle replaces the rule of law and that’s why you end up with what you saw. Last night was a little better. Not good enough for me. I won’t be satisfied until these creeps crawl back into their holes so the good law abiding people who live in the Milwaukee ghettos can return to at least a calm quality of life.”

I notice people are leaving that out when they say police shot a man. They shot an armed individual this time. So It doesn’t give the cop haters the high ground on this thing. That is not what causes riots anyway. What causes riots are failed liberal urban policies in these ghettos like Milwaukee. Milwaukee has inescapable poverty. We are like the sixth poorest city in America. They have failing public schools. The K-12 public school system here – there is only two school systems that are worse, Cleveland and Detroit. You have massive black unemployment, I think the black unemployment rate in Milwaukee is 32 percent. You have dysfunctional families. You have father absent homes. You have questionable lifestyle choices. Those are the ingredients for a riot. Then a police shooting comes along and just acts as an igniter to an already volatile situation. Now look, between Friday night and Saturday, four people were murdered in nine separate shootings and these same creeps—you didn’t hear a peep from them, but all of a sudden a law enforcement officer fearing for his life reasonably is confronted by an armed individual and the people exploit these things. These cop haters want to come out and riot. This is just a situation, an opportunity for people to steal to loot and to rabblerouse.”

Milwaukee hasn’t had a Republican mayor since 1908. This builds on obama’s legacy.

How often do criminals in one crime roll on higher-up criminals while being held? That would end.
But then, criminals getting ”whacked” on the streets would probably skyrocket if they can’t say bail is too high, I guess I’ll just stay (safe) behind bars.
Where is the logic in doing police work to find criminals at all if the DOJ is just going to force you to let them all go free?
And how will that impact poor areas flooded with career criminals in a revolving door of catch & release?
