A few months ago I put up a post about the liberal racist attacks on Ted Cruz. Well, those rascals are up to it again, but it’s OK because it’s a Fox News reporter and his wife who are the targets of the attacks.
Fox News reporter Adam Housley has some harsh words for those who levy racially-charged insults at him and his wife Tamera Mowry over their interracial marriage.
Earlier today we reported on OWN’s special interview with TV star Mowry, in which she tearfully recounted being called a “white man’s whore,” among other slurs. Speaking with TVNewser, Housley excoriated those who wish to cut down their relationship.
“The fact that in this day and age, we get attacked for our interracial relationship is beyond sad…it is pathetic,” he said. “Yes I am white. Yes she is half black. Marrying a white man does not erase her color and marrying a woman who is half black does not mean I am blinded. The problem isn’t pigmentation…the problem is backwards, bigoted thought from people who should know better.”
The pair have faced plenty of backlash on social media for their marriage, largely focusing on their interracial relationship, but also for Housley’s time spent as a reporter for Fox News. The couple have been married since 2011 and welcomed a son in 2012.

Horrific? Yes. Shocking? Not at all. What Mowry experienced is just a small taste of what the intolerance mob dishes out against people “of color” who love, think and live the “wrong” way. I’ve grown so used to it that I often forget how hurtful it can be. Mowry’s candor was moving and admirable. It’s also a valuable teachable moment about how dehumanizing it can be to work in the public eye. Have we really sunk to this?

Have you forgotten? Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was excoriated by black liberals for being married to wife Virginia, who happens to be white. The critics weren’t anonymous trolls on the Internet. They worked for major media outlets and institutions of higher learning. USA Today columnist Barbara Reynolds slammed Thomas and his wife for their colorblind union: “It may sound bigoted; well, this is a bigoted world and why can’t black people be allowed a little Archie Bunker mentality? … Here’s a man who’s going to decide crucial issues for the country and he has already said no to blacks; he has already said if he can’t paint himself white he’ll think white and marry a white woman.”
Howard University’s Afro-American Studies Chair Russell Adams accused Thomas of racism against all blacks for falling in love with someone outside his race. “His marrying a white woman is a sign of his rejection of the black community,” Adams told The Washington Post. “Great justices have had community roots that served as a basis for understanding the Constitution. Clarence’s lack of a sense of community makes his nomination troubling.”
California state Senate Democrat Diane Watson taunted former University of California regent Ward Connerly after a public hearing, spitting: “He’s married a white woman. He wants to be white. He wants a colorless society. He has no ethnic pride. He doesn’t want to be black.”

And then there’s my personal favorite involving the omni-smug Soledad O’Brien and actor Jay Thomas.
This is pathetic. On CNN this morning, actor Jay Thomas asks Pollack if he has a fear that a secret movement of black people will team up and try to kill white people, all because he is talking about Obama’s radicalism. And yet Soledad O’Brien never stepped in to even defend Pollack over such an absurd question. In fact towards the end of the video she is praising the “renowned Harvard Law professor”.
To his credit, Pollack handled it with much more dignity and substance than I would have, pointing out the radicalism within the policies of the Obama administration, which got completely ignored by Thomas and O’Brien.
Pollak? Fearing black people? Have you ever met Mrs. Pollock?

In addition to clinical practice he has done extensive research and has published widely with over 70 original articles and abstracts in the peer-reviewed literature. He has been married to the same wonderful lady for over 30 years and has three kids- two sons, both of whom are attorneys and one daughter on her way into the field of education.
DrJohn was brought up with the concept that one can do well if one is prepared to work hard but nothing in life is guaranteed.

I would suggest you read Starr Parker’s book, Uncle Sam’s Plantation. Although I doubt your mind is open to the truth of the soft bigotry of low expectations that is exhibited, time after time, by the Democrat Party. I went to that website, and I didn’t see any expamples of Conservative racism. Maybe not being a racist, I don’t recognize racism in all others. I guess the single most race card player I see is Obama. I can’t figure out exactly why he is so racist, but he does make it very obvious, so it is easy to see it in him.
Let me ask a couple questions: If a person has black skin and you refer to him as a black person, is that racist? If a person has white skin and you refer to him as a white person, is that racist? What about red skin? If studies, done scientifically, show that on the average, Hispanics have a higher IQ than black persons, is it racist to report that fact? If it gets very dark outside and you refer to it being ‘black outside’, is that racist? If that same scientific study shows that Orientals have higher IQ’s than white people, is it racist to report that fact?. If the results of scientific studies can’t be used to report on factual matters, such as, if one race has a lower average IQ, then how can that scientific fact be used to aid in correcting the situation? If a black Rap singer uses the word “n*gga’ in a rap song, is it racial? What about if a white rapper used the same word? Seems as if the word ‘racist’ has considerable different meanings, depending upon who is using the word.

I don’t know how it came to be the Gospel for Dimocrats to refer to any comment by Conservatives of any derogatory nature as a ‘racist’ comment. As I have repeatedly said, only a racist sees racism in everything they see. The example above, of a white man referring to another white man as a wetback as racist. While it is clearly considered to be a ‘derogatory’ comment, it hardly qualifies as ‘racist’. It seems as if Dims have forgotten the old story from their youth of hollering ‘wolf’ too often, or ‘fire’ in a crowded theater, when there is no fire. Shouting ‘racist’ whenever there is no ‘racist’ clearly dilutes the meaning and value of the word. In fact, it has actually resulted in those using the term to be, themselves, considered as racist. A false charge of racism is worse than no charge at all, and it is only worse for the one with the Race Card in his pocket.

The term “wet back” (it’s not one word, it’s two words) was first coined by the New York Times. Hardly a conservative publication. In 1954, Steinbeck referred to the “wet people”, as migrants that crossed, illegally, into the United States. Since when is legal status “racist” when we know that people from Asia have been crossing into the U.S. from the Mexican side for decades.
But like so many other innocuous terms, the left has co-opted the term “wet back” to mean Mexican. Mexican is an ethnicity, not a race, and as RT has stated, most Mexicans consider themselves Caucasian. So do you consider darker skinned Caucasians (like the Spanish, Italian) to be races?
