A person has a right to plead the 5th and not self-incriminate.
I’m not sure that a person acting in an official government capacity should have that right.
Your comments gave me a shiver because they are so on the mark, and it is very scary at this point in time.

President Eisenhower in 1953 issued an executive order describing the new grounds for dismissal as: “Refusal by the individual, upon the ground of constitutional privilege against self-incrimination to testify before a congressional committee regarding charges of his alleged disloyalty or other misconduct.”

Actually, No. A voluntary confession can be used to secure conviction. The most obvious case of this is that you can plead guilty.
The Fifth says you cannot be Compelled to testify against yourself.
Lois Lerner had already started to testify. This waived her 5thA right. She cannot selectively testify. She can shut up and it cannot be held against her, but once she testifies, she has to answer questions. This is different than being interrogated by the police. There, you can stop answering at any time.

Even our founding fathers warned us about tyranny in our government if the wrong people got elected. They said they wanted the states to have a militia so that the citizens could defend themselves against tyranny in government.
I have mentioned different times that I think obama wants to turn the USA into a non-free country. His telling us not to listen to the talk of tyranny confirms this for me even more. Even the propaganda media is now using THAT word. When they use it against obama, that is really something new for them. Even they are getting worried about a government that is getting to large, and wanting to do whatever they want, whether it is legal or not. Of course, they didn’t care what obama did, until he started doing it to them.
