Looks and sounds good.
We had an Occupy Long Beach a couple blocks from me for a while.
All they accomplished was
1. Destruction of the front of a building where the UC Regents meet monthly (ruining the entry for all of the other tenants of that building as well).
2. Bringing back a 24/7 homeless presence in that particular public park when police, churches and other groups had managed to get all the homeless to sleep elsewhere for years.

The end results:
Crime went up.
Police got falsely accused of brutality daily.
People avoided that park.
Extra cost to the park service, the police and the landlord of the business property ruined by them.

As a PR move, they failed on every level.
