A former fetus, the “wordsmith from nantucket” was born in Phoenix, Arizona in 1968. Adopted at birth, wordsmith grew up a military brat. He achieved his B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (graduating in the top 97% of his class), where he also competed rings for the UCLA mens gymnastics team. The events of 9/11 woke him from his political slumber and malaise. Currently a personal trainer and gymnastics coach.
The wordsmith has never been to Nantucket.
Homer Simpson guzzling Duff… as apt a metaphor as there’s ever been for this nightmare of the preceding two years
Now time to get on the wagon and pay the tab… ouch
Have a great Christmas holiday, Wordsmith
Reaganite’s Sunday Funnies
I think some comics should show the Republicans with ghost of Christmas Past:
The time when the Republicans were trying to pass the The Equal Rights Amendment instead of trying to stop gays in the military. It was Republicans that fully intergrated minorities in the military.
There was a time when Republicans were against overseas adventures and a big military, yet for the estate tax.
I think the Dream Act is so old that the Republicans forgot how all those British founded the National Guard and the U.S. government. Yes, George Washington, Ben Franklin and the rest of the founding fathers were all British. Although they weren’t illegal aliens, they were all terrorists, pirates, smugglers and or traitors to the throne.
It was a Republican that formed the EPA and it was under a Democratic president that there was no national debt.

Apparently greggy is the little boy who shot his TV when Glenn Beck was on.
Whatsamatter greggy you get republican and conservative confused?
Yeah, I understand. The lame-stream-media gets it backasswards all the time.
My grandson is a Kim Jung-il admirer, one of the few in the world.
Greg,
It certainly wasn’t Clinton; according to the US Treasury, the National Debt increased every year of his presidency, growing from $4.4 trillion (fiscal year 19933) to $5.8 trillion (fiscal year 2001.)
Thinking of a different Democratic president?
Jeff
