A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.
His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders.
“We won! We won before we even arrived,” she said with excitement. “It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!”
She continued, “They just said, ‘Order revoked.’ No explanation. No reasons – just revoked.”

I don’t see what Obama’s Birth Certificate has to do with the TOTUS, but I’ll bite.
All of the flap over Obama’s birth certificate could be settled so simply by presenting said document. So why are they adamant against doing so and fighting the possibility of a court ordered release?,
Either it exists, or it doesn’t. The fact that they wont present it tends to give credence to those say it is “because there isn’t one.”
(Just for fun, I’ll point out that it may be possible for some CIA or NSA skunk-works to fabricate one for Obama, but the catch-22 is that ordering them to do so would prove to these agencies that he was illegally elected, so they could refuse any such order as “illegal”.)
