It is with great joy to announce that the American Sheepdogs will be in attendance at the corner of High and Market for the foreseeable future. Now more than ever, we need to stand in support of our troops and our Nation. Obama won an election, but America lost her soul. As always, we will form a respectful wall of red, white, and blue on the corner. The Flag, of course, will be held proudly and with due respect, unlike our nemesis on the other corner.
My Pet Jawa via This Ain’t Hell reported on the dems new found pride in our flag. I am curious to see if the Chester County Prison Movement also discovered a latent pride as well:

The feeling was evident in jubilant partying in the streets, in quiet moments of reflection and in blossoms of red, white and blue.
With newfound patriotism, Seattleites want to wave the flag, hang it from their homes and stick it on their cars.
“The thing that’s kind of astounding to me is I never ever would have cared to own a flag,” said Rosemary Garner, 42. “This is the first day in my life I actually feel this funny sense of pride about my country. It’s a very foreign feeling, but it’s a good one.”
Will the Flag now have a new place of ‘honor’ amongst the peace protesters?

Right now we are running promotions at Ft. Monmouth for the food bank at the Armory in Toms River that serves our NJ National Guard and their families as well as Project Little Soldier, a program that fulfills the Christmas wishes of our deployed service men & women in the NY, NJ & PA areas. We have soldiers in our Adopt A Marine program that have not been assigned yet so we are working on their packages as well for the Holidays.
Good news though is that we’ve contributed, through the kindness of patriotic Americans, 100 phone cards to Camp Arifjan in Kuwait and hopefully will be able to send more than 200 cards during the season to be jolly 🙂
knowing what happened in seattle with the wto first hand, i find it amazing that theyw ere waving flags. seattle can be such a sleazy place and very hateful and nasty. i will raise my flag, i will raise it proudly. god bless america!
With liberals with that mindframe around, we’ll never be a united country. Partisanship will continue to thrive because they will always see us as dirty, rotten creatures – even when we do our best to pull the country together by working with them. Downright selfish is what it is. A foreign feeling to take pride in your country? I’ve got only one question for Rosemary Garner: how can you possibly call yourself an “American” if you can’t even love your own country?
