A young filmmaker risks everything, including his life to tell his brothers’ story. Often humorous, sometimes lethal, this embedding with four combat units in Iraq, gives him insight into his two soldier brothers, his family, and ultimately into his own character.
Hat tip: The Laura Ingraham Show
A former fetus, the “wordsmith from nantucket” was born in Phoenix, Arizona in 1968. Adopted at birth, wordsmith grew up a military brat. He achieved his B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (graduating in the top 97% of his class), where he also competed rings for the UCLA mens gymnastics team. The events of 9/11 woke him from his political slumber and malaise. Currently a personal trainer and gymnastics coach.
The wordsmith has never been to Nantucket.
It looks like an outstanding movie.
Does look outstanding, but Farenheit 911 will still get an Oscar, other awards, and more money.
Wonder why?
GREAT PIECE
Brothers at War by far the best documentary I have ever experienced. A touching must see piece.
