Next they’ll promise to rescue social security by having smoking cut short more lives 🙂

I remember hearing from people in the Michigan Dept of Health that with the decline in smoking, there was a drop in funding for programs. While this *should* be cause for celibration, this is not how government fiefdoms work.
Now these offices are trying to justify their existance instead of simply going away.
