- June 21, 1964: Freedom Summer
- Jan. 25, 1787: Shays’ Rebellion
- Sept. 9, 1956: Elvis Presley’s debut on “The Ed Sullivan Show.”
Um….9/11 anybody? Lincoln’s assassination? The Constitution signing? Louisiana purchase? Pearl Harbor?
Instead we have Elvis singing on the Ed Sullivan Show and a massacre that happened 150 years before we were a nation.
