Obama: I don’t think we have to fundamentally transform the nation.
Yes, you do, you liar.
The Obama worshipping minions of Politifact couldn’t figure out what Obama meant by “fundamentally transform” the US.
We decided that we couldn’t put this statement to the Truth-O-Meter, since the definition of “fundamentally transform” is too vague.
So let’s help.

By definition what Obama said was that he wanted to change the foundation of the country. This country is fundamentally a democratic republic and that is what Obama wants to change. The Obama sycophants at Politifact are so heavily burdened with bias that they were unwilling to be honest.
Let’s now jump ahead to Obama’s SOTU 2015:

For the life of me I cannot understand why anyone believes anything that liar says. One cannot ever forget that Obama was steeped in Alinskyism:

Still, when he says such lies, the Left and his low-info supporters believe his words instead of his deeds.
To the extent any of his words seem true was over his dead body, so to speak, as Republicans ended his 99-weeks unemployment extensions and the nation’s long-term unemployed found jobs, as Private Entrepreurs started fracking on private lands, as Small Businesses ignored his Davis-Bacon demands for high wages and accepted jobs in exchange for the gov’t rebates as payment in full, as Large Businesses reinvested by paying down their own debts instead of expanding, as State Governments had to spend for ObamaCare, and so on.
Ironically Obama takes credit for all these bottom-line improvements even though his own policies opposed every one of them.
Being naturally lazy, I don’t think Obama has the stamina nor the capacity to unmake America as a republic and replace it with a leftist dictatorship. He has however –
Destroyed the world’s best healthcare system.
Provided taxpayer-funded abortion on demand.
Opened the door to gay marriage and LGBT “rights”, and generally decimated American moral standards.
Divided the country by race, gender, and social class, and set them against each other.
Greatly increased the poverty in America, making nearly half of the country dependent on government handouts.
Increased annual spending on a vastly growing government bureaucracy by over $1 trillion a year. Increased the national debt from $3 trillion to $18 trillion.
Granted amnesty to 5 million illegal aliens.
Weaponized the IRS, EPA, NSA and other government agencies to target citizens of the US, i.e., his “enemies”.
Supported terrorist groups in Lybia, Syria, and Egypt against our allies, while attempting to destroy our greatest ally, Israel.
Initiated the attempted global Jihad of “Arab Spring”, killed our Lybian ambassador and two SEALs while smuggling weapons to our enemies, is enabling Iran to become a nuclear power, and then has the gall to proclaim “global warming” as our greatest threat.
He has two more years to continue to bring down our country from within. The forth quarter has just started, and team Obama keeps spiking the ball in the end zone

The American labor force participation rate was at 66%. Five days before the 2012 election that same labor force participation rate was at 63.6%. Now it is at 62.7%, a low not seen since December, 1977.

The labor participation rate has to do with demographics as much as with the state of the economy. Thanks to aging Baby Boomers and increased life expectancy, the nation has one of the highest percentages of people of retirement age in its entire history. And of course people who live off of their investments aren’t part of the labor force. I would think you would approve the increasing number of such people who don’t work for a living.

Which only shows how bogus the Obama unemployment rates are. In a good economy, the labor participation rate remains stable, in spite of population increases. BLS stats prove that. But our population has grown by almost 14 million just under Obama alone and his administration has not created an economic atmosphere that compensates for that growth, hence, the lower labor participation rate. Between 1988 and 2008, in spite of massive immigration, our labor participation remain remained stable at around 66%. And you can’t explain that away, Gullible Greggie, although I know you will try.
The boomers were born between ’46 and ’64. There were 76.4 million of them, but by 2012, 11.2 million of them had died. Of the remaining boomers, 68% were still in the work force in 2012. And it stands to reason as our population grows, so grows the number of retired. Nice try; no cigar.

In six years, we still haven’t recovered, with unemployment and poverty at the highest numbers in history. And our healthcare insurance is now unaffordable and the availability of healthcare has been degraded. What’s to complain about?
Aside from the economy, our foreign policy is in shambles. We have alienated allies and supported enemies. Obama is about to allow a radical Islamic country which thinks we are the Great Satan have nuclear weapons with the ICBMs capable of reaching our cities. Now, the examples that have been provided repeatedly show, beyond any shadow of a doubt, that the intelligence gathered during the Clinton Administration BY the Clinton administration was whole-heartedly endorsed by both Clintons as well as a cadre of high-ranking Democrats AND a crowd of lesser Democrats. The warnings of the risks of ousting the existing governments creating a vacuum of power that could have disastrous results were listened to and well heeded by Bush; it was Obama that chose to ignore those threats and, of course, the result is ISIS, terror and widespread evil.
What, specifically, was “bogus” about the intelligence?
How about we simply use the accusation only where it actually applies? For instance, there is NO evidence Bush lied one iota… nothing. On the other hand, there is no doubt or argument that Obama has lied his sorry ass off, repeatedly, on a regular basis, seemingly out of pathological habit. While I feel Obama actually FEARS the truth, since there is no retribution or penalty for lying (the media gives him a pass on every one), Obama simply feels, “Why the hell not?”.

Have you read the post-invasion reports prepared by bipartisan Congressional committees that looked into that question? I’ve posted the links so many times before that I’ve grown weary of doing so.
Unlike the unending investigations of more recent years, they actually reach conclusions supported by specific evidence. Which of course is totally irrelevant to people who refuse to read the reports or think about them. They’re happily—or more often angrily—living off in their own little propaganda-induced fantasy land, well insulated from any contact with facts that might call anything they’ve been conditioned to take on faith into question.

Remember the aluminum tubes? The DOE concluded they weren’t suitable for use in centrifuges, but were most likely intended for use as rocket tubes. That opinion was ignored. They became evidence of a nuclear weapon program.
The supposed attempt to purchase yellow cake uranium from Nigerian sources never happened. The related documents were forgeries. Serious doubts about their authenticity were raised before the invasion commenced. People in our own intelligence community disputed their authenticity. The International Atomic Energy Agency stated they were phony.
People act as if none of this was ever investigated.
