Daniel Penny, the 24-year-old young man we’ve dubbed the “Marine Subway Hero,” turned himself into New York authorities on Friday after he heroically saved an entire subway train from a violent, mentally ill madman named Jordan Neely.
A massive outpouring of support on GiveSendGo must have the Soros prosecutors working this case sweating. As of publication, the legal fund has already raised a stunning $736,251.
For at least a decade, the criminal schizophrenic Mr. Neely had been causing terror among New York City commuters. On that eventful day when Mr. Penny happened to be on the train, Mr. Neely, a long-time offender, was determined to carry out a criminal act in order to secure food and shelter by returning to prison.
Given the unpredictable nature of this disturbed and violent individual, it was impossible to anticipate the extent to which he would escalate. However, Mr. Penny, a former Marine and a compassionate individual, selflessly endangered himself to safeguard others by restraining the extremely foul-smelling Mr. Neely in a chokehold. Sadly, Neely’s disruptive behavior caused him to lose his life, and now the Soros-backed DA, Alvin Bragg, who also arrested Trump, has filed second-degree manslaughter charges against the heroic Marine.
This is just more weaponization of our judicial system by the usual radical left wing zealots.
Daniel Penny, 24, turned himself in to New York police early on Friday morning to be arrested on a second-degree manslaughter charge.
He was seen arriving at the NYPD’s 5th Precinct in lower Manhattan just after 8am local time, where he did not respond to any questions from waiting journalists.
He will be arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on Friday. He faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
“Shortly after 8am this morning Daniel Penny surrendered at the 5th Precinct at the request of the New York County DA’s office,” Mr Penny’s attorney Thomas Kenniff told reporter. “He did so voluntarily and with the sort of dignity and integry that is characteristic of his history of service for this grateful nation.”
Mr. Penny stoically turned himself in, like the hero he is.
According to the AP, the potential criminal charges against a U.S. Marine veteran who put Jordan Neely in a fatal chokehold aboard a New York City subway train might depend on whether a “reasonable” New Yorker would have acted similarly.

It’s a challenging situation because nowadays, the majority of people tend to be bystanders who choose to capture acts of violence on their cell phones rather than stepping up as selfless heroes.

A bunch of demokrats are attacked on a subway by a career criminal demokrat who was walking the streets compliments of demokrat prosecutors who were put in office by demokrat citizens only to be saved by someone who is now being prosecuted by a demokrat prosecutor (who is also a racist) and will probably be found guilty by a cherry picked jury of demokrats. The moral of the story is clear- never risk life or limb for a demokrat, even if they are faced with death or great bodily harm. They are unworthy of the sacrifice.
Like with Chauvin, I would say it is a foregone conclusion that Penny will be found guilty. The lynch mob will demand it and settle for nothing less that the full 15 years in jail. They feel they’ve already been cheated out of a murder charge. NYC is the perfect place for such a trial, as there is the availability of judges that will play along with selecting the proper jury to convict and the manipulation of rights and evidence that will assure a guilty verdict. Anything less will result in “peaceful protests” that will destroy much of downtown. The leftist terrorist mobs have to show government who is really in charge.
The message? “You WILL comply! You WILL submit to DA’s letting violent criminals out of jail and back on the streets and LIKE it. You will NOT defend yourself against leftist failure!”
How would you react if a mentally ill homeless white man had been choked to death on a train by a black former Marine, while another black man restrained his arms and black passengers watched?

The man holding Neely’s arms was black, as were most of the passengers.

Well, in the first place, I would probably never hear about it. The leftist media would bury it, just as they do whenever a black man or woman commits ANY crime. But, if the white guy was making threats, behaving irrationally and throwing objects at the other riders, I would accept it as a tragic accident.
We won’t know what killed this street person until the autopsy results are made public.
But we know he was alive and in a recovery position well before the subway stopped so he could be put in an ambulance.
People on the subway train were coming up to Mr. Penny and thanking him before the subway stopped.

We also know when a man is being railroaded.

Funny that since he’s being charged with 2nd degree manslaughter, not murder.
