The call keeping inappropriate material out of the hands of children, a very simple concept, as “book bans”, just like they term moderate restrictions on abortion as “abortion bans”. Parents need to insist that books and videos that display abortions, in all its gory detail, be put in schools along with books and videos that are visually explicit of sexual diseases. Right along side the Greg Does Michael books. If the school district doesn’t permit access to those books and videos, the school board is being biased in its educational material and should be sued.
Are there any books about child molesters and what happens to them in prison? Those would be great for the library, mandatory reading.
