Biden rescues Hamas

Israel has spent months cleansing Gaza of Hamas terrorists following the Oct 7 massacre. Today an Israeli spokesman said there were 4000 terrorists remaining- all holed up in Rafah. Israel intended an incursion into Rafah to put a just end to Hamas.

At least that was the plan. Joe Biden just threw Hamas a lifeline.

Biden, despite his and his regime’s assurances that their support of Israel was “ironclad”, has decided to not support the only real US ally in the Middle East.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden said Wednesday that he would not supply offensive weapons that Israel could use to launch an all-out assault on Rafah — the last major Hamas stronghold in Gaza — over concern for the well-being of the more than 1 million civilians sheltering there.

Biden, in an interview with CNN, said the U.S. was still committed to Israel’s defense and would supply Iron Dome rocket interceptors and other defensive arms, but that if Israel goes into Rafah, “we’re not going to supply the weapons and artillery shells used.”

Israel did not take this well.

Right-wing National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir issued a short but scathing response in a post on X. “Hamas ❤️ Biden,” he said.

Biden had been wavering for some time, which became quite evident when he could not condemn anti-Semitism without mentioning Islamophobia, He still can’t.

But it gets worse. A lot worse. While refusing to resupply Israel, Biden decided he would re-arm Hamas via proxies:

Less than a day before the Biden administration announced its intent to cut off U.S. arms sales to Israel, it issued a sanctions waiver to bypass congressional prohibitions on arms sales to a host of Arab nations that boycott the Jewish state, including Hamas ally Qatar and Iran-controlled Lebanon, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.

On Tuesday—just a day before President Joe Biden threatened to withhold key weapons deliveries from Israel if the country moves forward with an incursion in the Gaza Strip’s Rafah neighborhood—the State Department informed Congress that it intends to bypass laws that bar the United States from selling weapons to nations that boycott Israel, according to a copy of the notification obtained by the Free Beacon.

The Biden administration, which has waived these sanctions in the past, said in the notification that it intends to extend the waiver through April 30, 2025, allowing weapons to be sent to a host of nations that work closely with the Hamas terror group and other Iran-backed terror proxies.

Qatar has sent Hamas millions of dollars over the years.

Thus, Biden will cut off Israel if it pursues the goal of eradicating Hamas, but instead will arm Hamas through Qatar and probably Lebanon as well.The why of this strategy can be found along the shores of the Great Lakes.

In Michigan.  Biden cannot afford to lose Michigan. The Muslim vote is the key to Michigan. The loyalties of that population, along with Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar and the “Squad”, are not with America but rather with Palestine and so with Hamas as it is not possible to separate them from each other. One has not seen Jews in this country vandalizing statues and universities, assaulting cops and tearing down the American flag and raising the Israeli flag in its place in response to Biden’s abandonment. The difference is stark.

Biden would kneecap an ally for the sake of his reelection. Extortion, Biden style. It is suggested that his action is impeachable.

The Impoundment Control Act of 1974 (ICA) governs the control of funds appropriated by Congress. It was enacted to reassert Congress’ power of the purse and prevent the president from simply substituting their own funding decisions for those of Congress. While it was once an obscure rule on governing spending, the masses may remember it for its brief starring role in the first impeachment of President Donald J. Trump.

Impeachable? Likely. Deplorable? Absolutely. His words about anti-Semitism are as hollow as his head.

Biden has gone full Hamas. Hamas has stated that it will attack Israel again. Joe Biden is giving them the means to do it, but you can smell the presence of Barack Obama.
