@johngalt, I had to laugh when Obama did this today. There never was any doubt as to the existence of this form of birth certificate. The lawsuits had issues with the legitimacy of that document… i.e. out of sequence numbers, conflicting affidavits, timing, etc. This, of course, doesn’t combat the lawsuit points, but it appeases many. And for that I’m grateful. So danged happy to watch Trump squirm.
My question to the Chump, at this point, is… where’s your tax records? Did he not say he’d release his tax records when Obama released his BC?
Hey… maybe Obama’s disgruntled with Trump because he appears to be working more for Hillary than the GOP (since he makes a great clown front man for the GOP only…), and wants Trumps tax records for some IRS audits for more cash to pay down the debt. er… no, that won’t work because the debt is too large. But this is a case where the birther/forgers had better be right — if this controversy boils on, despite evidence presented to date, and it turns out that the birther/forgers are wrong, I have a hunch that this is going to give Obama a currently much needed upward bump in polling. If this document is legitimate, we now have PROOF that BO’s father was indeed a Kenyan national and, therefore, a British subject at the time of BO’s birth. The Constitution requires the President be a “natural born citizen,” and this is defined as “a person whose parents were BOTH American citizens at the time of the birth.” Thus BO is NOT a legitimate President and is indeed a usurper. We should be nice, however, and not demand his incarceration for treason, but merely that he leave expeditiously and never be heard from again.

With regards to his BC being fake, is it possible? Sure. But what’s the standard of proof? For all practical purposes anything he produces or for that matter anything anyone produces with regards to their BC, can be labeled as fake. At some point in time we need to move beyond this issue. As for the natural born citizen issue, I’ll leave that one to the Constitutional scholars, but here is how Title 8 of the U.S. Code Section 1401 defines people who are “citizens of the United States at birth:”

I have been interested in the presidential qualifications long before I heard of Obama and I have been infrequently reading what I could about it. Actually, my interest started in the Reagan administration when I lived in Arizona and unrestricted illegal immigration had the attention of even our lawmakers in Washington. Must have been written by the same guys who wrote all those treaties with the Indians because forever wasn’t all that long.

John McCain was held to the generally accepted standards concerning US territory or military bases being considered US soil but no one was denying that he was a citizen, just his “natural born” status. If there is a legal standard for this important qualification, why is it so difficult for ANY citizen to find?

How do we know the Barack Obama’s alleged father was really his father? Maybe Barack Obama’s real father was, in fact, an Angolan communist? Or maybe his real father was an NBA point guard, vacationing in Hawaii. That would solve the problem, because then he’d have two American parents. Obama’s mother seems to have been a pretty loose sort of a woman, after all. Shouldn’t we have Obama’s “alleged” father’s body exhumed and DNA-typed, to establish paternity? Shouldn’t the alleged fathers of all future Presidential candidates be subjected to paternity tests?

@Dink Newcomb: I ran into the same issues you did. The link I posted was the most definitive thing I could find (although I didn’t look everywhere). The purpose of the law was supposedly to have elaborated on what is contained in the Constitution. Even at that, there was one web site that put down what they claimed was Title 8 and changed some of the wording to their liking. You had to compare them real carefully but there were differences.
You might have learned by now that Hawaaii went ”paperless” in 2001.
That means that, before Obama was a blip for president, his official papers on his birth were put on computers.
All that the current State Auditor had to do was look up his ”spot” on the computer and hit ”print.”
Everything that was there is on the ”new” printout.
Obama has never been touted as a computer hacker.

The computer nerds are downloading from the Presidential website, then are pulling layers off this computer generated scam. The computer scammer forgot to “flatten” the layers and the computer nerds are having a field day generating from the garbage. The backgrounds are different. There are chromatic aberations all over the place. The layering is so blatant that forensic specialists are going to reject it in seconds. The IT tech who fabricated this Obamination is definitely heading for shelter under the bus.

The software produces the effect.
There’s absolutely no hope of any such reasonable explanation ever catching up with a new conspiracy theory element that has already gone viral, of course.

Thanks Bees— that indicates to me that it is probably linked to FA. Someone has somehow obtained our email addresses from the FA database to use to spam us. I hope FA becomes aware of it because any security they might have assumed they had is now in question.
It was just spam and what probably happened is that Curt or one of the other moderators deleted the comments, but the email notifications would still have gone out.

Whoever made the forgery forgot to “flatten” the layers before posting it. In the beginning of this it was claimed that no long form existed, that’s why the other fake was posted.
