“If you listen to what the Iranians have said publicly and privately over the past week,” one senior administration official said Sunday, “it’s evident that they simply cannot bring themselves to do the deal.” The administration officials spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were speaking about delicate diplomatic exchanges.

Washington (CNN) — President Obama will meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday evening after a rough stretch in U.S. efforts to settle the decades-old Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The White House announced the meeting on Sunday.

Netanyahu is scheduled to address a conference of Jewish groups in Washington on Monday, but no meetings had been scheduled between the U.S. and Israeli leaders as of late last week, Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs said Thursday.

Chuck Todd at MSNBC is reporting on Facebook that the press is not being allowed to cover the meeting, and there won’t even be a press corps rep.

The 3rd one in a year. Is Bibi nervous or is he coming to tell Obama that Israel is going to attack Iran?

The NYTimes article almost has me wondering that if they aren’t careful they will find themselves on the list right along side FOX. Reading between the lines, I’d say they weren’t all that kind to the boy wonder. This left me wondering if they are finally wondering too.

The Obama administration, attempting to salvage a faltering nuclear deal with Iran, has told Iran’s leaders in back-channel messages that it is willing to allow the country to send its stockpile of enriched uranium to any of several nations,

Shock of the day, Iran is ignoring him.

But the overtures, made through the International Atomic Energy Agency over the past two weeks, have all been ignored,

But members of the Obama administration, in interviews over the weekend, said that they had now all but lost hope

Members of his administration have all but lost hope and Obama……says nothing. Also looks like the Iranians just might not want to be his buddy but he’s still going to sit by the phone until the end of the year.

So far, President Obama has said nothing about the stalemate threatening his first, and potentially most important, effort at diplomatic engagement with a hostile foreign government. When the first meeting in Geneva ended Oct. 1, Iranian and American officials said they would meet again later in the month to discuss the nuclear program and the potential for a broader relationship. That meeting never occurred, and none is scheduled.

Mr. Obama’s aides say he is still willing to wait until year’s end before concluding that Iran is rejecting his offers of diplomatic engagement.

Mr. Obama’s own aides, can’t tell is Israel is bluffing? have they forgotten that Israel does take nuke facilities……out!

Officials in Israel, which feels the most threatened by Iran, have hinted that if Iran does not accept the Geneva deal they will revive their consideration of a military strike against Iran’s nuclear facilities. Mr. Obama’s own aides say they cannot determine whether the Israelis are bluffing.

But wait, just wait….maybe the Russians can pull his fanny out of the mess.

Obama’s Foreign Policy re Iran:

The world needs to get rid of all nukes. His decision will be that Americans will get rid of their’s first if Iran will promise to get rid of theirs next.

Get Bibi to tell the exact time and date Israel intends to bomb Iran so he can use this information as a lever in his talks with Iran.
.
Obama’s Foreign Policy re the Arab Nations.

Beg the Palestinians pardon for making Nidal Hasan go to the trouble and injury of killing 13 American soldiers for allah.

Make another world tour apolgizing for the possibility of muslim backlash due to the killing of American soldiers and his assurance that he will not put up with it.

Wait until he has his 1.4 million dollars prize money in his hot little hands before he sends any more troops to Afghanistan. This is caused by the fear the Norwegians might take back the prize.

Not to worry. There’ll be LOADS of reporters and photogs around when Obama finally finds time to visit Fort Hood.
