Yesterday we were uncertain if it was US Attorney William M McSwain who notified President Trump of Bill Barr’s corruption and blocking of election investigations. {Go Deep}  Today President Trump released the letter confirming it was McSwain.  [pdf HERE]

In previous comments attributed to AG Bill Barr,  he claimed to have seen no evidence of election fraud.  The Atlantic Article cites Bill Barr stating to an AP journalist December 1st 2020: ” To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” and then the article covers the fallout with the White House from that AP interview.

There’s a big difference between not seeing election fraud and purposefully blocking a United States Attorney from investigating allegations of fraud with a motive not to see it.  This is blood-boiling:

Bill Barr and Jeff Sessions both proved to be snakes in the Trump Administration. Next time we need to do better.

The election was rigged and ample, overwhelming evidence has been given.

It’s fact.

Biden is a Dictator. Trump is an honest American still supporting basic democracy and freedoms.

No doubt, everyone in government saw trouble ahead if investigations into election fraud were carried out. Why? What would be the negative effects of thoroughly investigating fraud and finding that it didn’t happen? Sure, there would be those that would not accept the results (with good reason, thanks to Democrat abuses), but restoration of confidence in our elections.

The FEAR was what would be uncovered. If election fraud was discovered, then all hell would break loose. How would you reconcile the fraudulent election? How would you put Trump back in the White House? How would you control all the left wing violence that, as threatened, would erupt if Trump won? Threats and intimidation worked; no matter if fraud happened or not, no matter if it was enough to overturn the election results, no matter who committed the fraud, those in whom we place our trust feared massive upheaval if fraud was found to have affected the election.

Yet the actual damage was already done. Yes, there WAS fraud. Yes, there was a LOT of it, and it was relatively in the open and overt, as if the perpetrators believed it would not be prosecuted. And, if it wasn’t enough to decide the election (it is unfathomable that those who did so poorly in their primaries garnered such a huge total of legitimate votes), it came frighteningly close.

So now we have Republican state legislatures, in an admission there WAS fraud, trying to enact laws that would prevent election fraud in the future, or at least the kinds of fraud conducted in 2020 (no doubt the Democrats are working on different means). As an admission of guilt, Democrats oppose any and all methods to secure elections and protect their integrity, for they know their ruinous policies have no widespread support. That these laws are being pursued in so many different states is testimony to how universally the commission of the fraud is accepted as fact.

Biden on his way to PA?

You know the election was rigged when Biden campaigns against an election audit harder than he did for the actual election.

What a disgrace.

Listened to his comments there. Nothing but absolute lies about the election integrity laws being passed. It is obvious how desperately the Democrats NEED election fraud by the way they lie about simple measures to make elections more secure. He’s a liar and anyone that believes his lies is simply a moron.

01/31/23 – Trump pleaded the fifth more than 400 times in fraud deposition, video shows

In late September 2022, James announced a wide-ranging civil suit against Donald Trump, Donald Trump Jr, Ivanka Trump, Eric Trump and the Trump Organization.

James said Trump “falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars to unjustly enrich himself and to cheat the system, thereby cheating all of us. He did this with the help of the other defendants.”

Saying “the number of grossly inflated asset values is staggering”, the suit seeks to bar the Trumps from serving as executives in New York and to prohibit the company from acquiring commercial real estate or receiving loans from New York-based entities for five years.

In November, Trump sued James, over what he called a “relentless, pernicious, public, and unapologetic crusade” against him.

Trump dropped the suit this month, a day after a suit against Hillary Clinton was thrown out and Trump and his lawyer were hit with a near-$1m sanction.

Ever litigious, on Monday Trump announced a near-$50m lawsuit against the Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward and the publisher Simon & Schuster, over an audio book, The Trump Tapes, for which Trump says he did not give permission.

Woodward and Simon & Schuster said the suit was “without merit and we will aggressively defend against it”.

Even as he steps up the pace in his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024, Trump faces legal jeopardy on numerous fronts aside from the New York state civil suit.

Prosecutors in New York City who secured a conviction against Trump’s chief financial officer on tax offences have said they are looking again at a hush money payment to a porn star, made in 2016.

Also in New York, Trump faces lawsuits from E Jean Carroll, a writer who says he raped her in the mid-1990s, an allegation Trump denies.

The Department of Justice and state authorities are investigating Trump’s attempt to overturn the 2020 election and his incitement of the US Capitol attack, regarding which the House January 6 committee made four criminal referrals.

The justice department also continues to investigate Trump’s retention of classified documents.

On Monday, in a post to his Truth Social platform, Trump complained of “Democrat D.A.’s [sic], attorney generals and prosecutors” who he said were “very DANGEROUS to the well being of our country”

He also said he was being “hit” to keep him from running for the White House, “and all because I am leading by sooo much”…

Wow digging up a thread a year old?
Fine, question…
Who you got on the bench, we just found out the FBI searched Bidens office at Penn then his house, hmm where next?
Who is going to be the Democrat candidate for 2024?
