Oh, that’s rich.
Apparently Obama never had the secret to a higher GDP.
But, as he put it, Trump had the “magic wand.”
Trump gives as much credit to cutting un-necessary regulations as he does to all of his business-friendly tax cuts combined.
I think he’s correct.
Even George McGovern had a wake-up call about excessive regulation after he left public life.
He tried to open and run a bed & breakfast.
It only lasted 2 years.
He then said, if only he’d known how destructive his own regulatory constraints were when he was in office, he’d have never wanted any of them passed!
It was the regulations, not the taxes that killed his little business.

My uncle once told me a story about buying a used car from a guy he knew. This salesman was explaining to him, “now, THIS is a Mercury MARQUIS!”emphasizing that the Marquis is the top of the line Merc.

When my uncle returned years later to trade the car in on another, the same salesman asked him, “this is just a Marquis, isn’t it?” See difference in presentation? There’s a bias that serves a purpose.

That is the corrupt liberal media today. Totally biased and in the bag for Democrats, liberals and socialism and as anti-American as any Soviet-era or Iranian state outlet.
