What the hell is the video supposed to be proving? To me it suggests the ballot containers were placed in a central location at the end of the previous workday, and then taken back out again and moved back to the work stations when counting resumed the following morning. I would expect that to be done. They wouldn’t leave them scattered around the room. The narrative accompanying the security tape is idiotic.
