Washington Post puts focus on ‘far-right anger’ in wake of Sri Lankan church bombings

On Monday, the Washington Post published an “analysis” article questioning if “Christianity [is] under attack?” in the wake of the bombing of multiple churches on Easter in Sri Lanka. The authors also shifted the focus from the close to 300 victims of what the Sri Lankan government believes is Islamic terrorism to Western “far-right” anger.

The Post analysis cites statements from French politician Marie Le Pen, Germany’s AfD party, Katie Hopkins, and former Reagan administration official Frank Gaffney as proof that the far-right was using the attacks to further a political agenda.

The authors write that the “theme of Christianity under attack has been a recurring one for many activists in the United States and Europe.” They compared the response to the Sri Lankan tragedy to the Notre Dame Cathedral fire and how some conservatives mentioned the rise in attacks on French churches in recent years.

The rise in those attacks was downplayed by calling them “vandalism” and remarking that the “vast majority of acts were minor.” The Post links to the French newspaper Libération to support its claim. Yet the linked article states that 100 of the acts against Christian churches and burial grounds were “violent.”

Also ignored were the recurring attacks by Islamic militants against Christian churches during Holy week in recent years. As PJ Media’s Patrick Poole noted on Twitter, there have been five major attacks on Christian houses of worship during Holy Week, including Sunday’s horrific coordinated attacks in Sri Lanka.

Nearly 300 people were murdered because of their faith. They were killed on the holiest day of Christianity when billions of Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ whom they believe died for their sins three days earlier.

Maybe a better focus of the story would be the Islamic anger that resulted in the slaughter of Christians.

Why would we be angry?
CC TV caught the bomber as he walked in with his backpack, patted a child on the head, then set off his explosives. Islamic terrorists killed over 4000 Christians last year. Yet we waited how long for the media to admit these were Muslims with ISIS ties?
And the same old, yes there were warnings, the quickly identified the suicide bombers which means they were not unknown to the authorities, again more known wolves.
How dare we express anger at the slaughter of children in a house of worship?
They defend the terrorists, hide the facts, dont report on it. Shut down the media that tells the truth, is it to hide the fact they are aligned with the terrorists?

Sometimes I wonder if the Left, including the unarmed soy-boys and the effete media, aren’t trying to do reverse dog psychology (on themselves).
You know, pretend they’re on Islam’s side in hopes Islam blows them up last?
But the reality is that the effete and the unarmed and the weasely are who Islam targets 1st!

Every Muslim who tithes his zagat to his Mosque is supporting JIHAD.
EVERY ONE OF THEM.
Calling 80% or 90% or 99% of them “peaceful” is missing their purpose in supporting JIHAD with their money!
No, they are not “peaceful,” so much as they are non-combatants.
They all want to win and see Islam over everyone alive.
That includes the effete and weasely infedels.
At some point, I expect to see more of those weak weasels convert to Islam so as to avoid becoming dead victims of Islam.
Instead they , like almost all Muslims, will be live victims of Islam.
They will probably be some of the most vociferous and violent Morality Police of the lot!

Muslims have a murder culture problem. No, not all or even most Muslims are murderers, but they have a GREAT NUMBER among them that think MURDER is their duty.

No, Christians don’t do the same thing. Christians don’t scream “PRAISE JESUS” as they release the deadman switch on their exploding back pack. And, no, Christians didn’t start the Crusades; they reacted to Muslim incursions which appeared to be never ending… verified accurate by Muslim actions today.

Pardon the F**K out of me for being pissed about it.
