Video footage surfaces from 2014 showing that under Obama, family separations and holding centers were EXACTLY the same.
The media said absolutely nothing then, but are ramping up the propganda now because the midterms are fast approaching.

Sorry the ginned up crisis outrage for the mid-terms hasnt happened yet, this last Faux story just testing grounds, now that Trump signed an order Congress can slack AGAIN. Did they meet the DACA deadline? As they believe this tactic worked get ready previous Admins have left huge gooey muck piles that can be blamed on Trump if he dares to try to fix them.
Even if you prove it happened in the past it doesnt matter to the MSM.
What CNN is not telling you The Truth and Hanoi Jane’s idiot brother Peter Fondas made nasty remark about Trumps Son pit his foot in his mouth and now has appoligised because Toe Jam has a bad taste
Exactly the same? I’m not seeing images of terrified crying children. Couldn’t whoever came up with the “exactly the same” meme find any?
@Greg: Can you link to the pictures of the terrified children in Trumps centers please? The razor wire on top of the kennels a nice decorators touch in Obamas centers.
@Greg:
This is our corrupt, liberal media we are talking about. They aren’t going to show anyone in distress due to Obama’s actions.
Care to listen? Children separated from parents cry at US detention centre – audio
Migrant children say they’ve been forcibly drugged, handcuffed, and abused in US government detention
Migrant Children Secretly Transported to NYC Foster Care in Dead of Night
Not on Obama’s watch.
Judge explodes over missing children: ‘They take your kids and you get nothing? Not even a slip of paper?’
@Greg:
You mean the media’s faux outrage and propaganda? No, the media was very compliant during Obama’s flop.
I guess, in hindsight, instead of listening to liberal assurances that they would all be released into the country these illegal immigrants should have stayed where they were.
@Greg: Did you bother to read the second article you posted? that was under the Obama administration, most, not all, of the proceedures now were made under the Obama administraton. They have nothing since 1997?
How can we provide asylum when they
1 cant speak english
2 come with no paperwork, birth certificates or IDs
3 Cant prove the child they have dragged over the border belongs to them.
What a mess Trump is expected to clean up after the last 3 dolts in office.
@Kitt: Damnit, you weren’t supposed to ruin Greg’s fantasy.
Translation: Let’s not make this an election issue, because I’ve set you up for a shellacking.
June 22, 2018 — Trump accuses Dems of ‘phony stories’ of sadness on border, seeks delay on immigration fix until after midterms — “Republicans should stop wasting their time on Immigration until after we elect more Senators and Congressmen/women in November,” Trump tweeted.
They could offer a compromise deal: Give the Dreamers protection from deportation and a path to eventual citizenship; keep families together while reviewing their petitions for refugee status. In return, Trump would get funding for the wall.
They’d really only have to add the path to eventual citizenship to the bill they say they plan to vote on next week. That could be offered in return for full wall funding.
It would be seen as a legitimate compromise offer. It could deprive democrats of the issue while putting public pressure on them to support it. Everyone is fed up with the current situation. It might work.
@Greg: Shummer already gave marching orders that they are not going to solve this they want to concentrate on Trump. Trump should have waited and let them boil in their own scummy oil. Just kept repeating I’m waiting for the bill and hold up his own pen. He also needs to jack up HHS for lack of reunification for deporting procedures. Fast DNA kits to assure parentage. How long was it before someone filed suit after the EO?
@Greg:
Which is, of course, the actual fact.
That would be great if Democrats were human beings that actually cared about solving the problem. They don’t.
@Deplorable Bill, #14:
If most people believed the stories were phony, Trump wouldn’t suddenly be trying to keep immigration policy from becoming a 2018 midterm election issue.
Maybe republicans who have tied themselves to Trump like Ahab to Moby Dick can survive by shifting focus to the economy. Maybe not.
Why a major trade war could mean a ‘full-blown recession’
@Greg: We cant help low information believers of state run propaganda cable news networks, all we can do is show you it was fake and its easier to fool a fool than to make them believe they were fooled. They are making threats against his little grand-daughter and son.
@Greg: “If most people believed the stories were phony, Trump wouldn’t suddenly be trying to keep immigration policy from becoming a 2018 midterm election issue.”
Well, Schmucky Schumer did stand at the podium waving a pen around saying that the immigration issue could NOT be solved with legislation (that the Dems refuse to cooperate on) and the Prez could solve this issue with just his pen. You know, kinda like the last guy who thought he was King, not President. So President Trump signed an EO that will quickly wind up in federal court. And yes, it will be a 2018 election issue. The Dems will run on “Oh, the inhumanity!!!” while they are pandering for illegal votes.
I have been basically gone for the last two years and I see you are still an idiot.
@Kitt: speaking of low information voters—In 2014 were amnesty seekers separated from their children?–by hundreds of miles–over 2000 kids?
Sessions actually said the separation was to be enforced as a deterrent to future seekers—When he and DT saw the righteous uproar of Repubs and Dems alike—Hell of anybody with a beating heart–they reversed themselves.
Seems Melania and Ivanka had their way. My guess is DT will be back to his old self in little time—he’s predicting a red wave in 2018 mid-terms—I think he’ll lose The House and hold The Senate barely 52-48.
Retireo5 2 YEARS GONE time flies welcome back
Wish Aye Chi and Mata would un retire.
Tom Arnold and Michael Cohen partnering on new T.V. show.
@Greg:
So, it is a mere matter of what people believe that makes it fact, not the facts themselves? Believe me, I am WELL aware that is how the liberal mind works. However, indeed, as we have seen and YOU even provided an example of, false propaganda is what is driving the faux outrage (because, since Obama did the same thing and most of the “evidence” is from the Obama era and none of you cared then, this is most definitely faux outrage).
@Richard Wheeler: There is a process for asylum step 1 is not jumping a fence or swimming a river. Then when caught committing a crime request it. Those coming through Mexico are not eligible, they should have applied for it to Mexico, or the neighboring country they escaped from. https://www.americanimmigrationcouncil.org/research/asylum-united-states Its asylum not amnesty easy error. Looking for a better life isnt on the list.
In 2014 the kids were coming ALONE and should have been placed on planes and flown back. Where are 90 thousand unaccompanied children, caught?
https://www.migrationpolicy.org/article/refugees-and-asylees-united-states#Arrivals
Get informed Marine, we have to have proper car restraints, and those Parents just sent the kiddies off alone through jungles, deserts to cross rivers ect…
@Deplorable Bill, #19:
That’s apparently the Trump administration’s theory of operation. They run on lies and bullshit, none of which I have ever seen his followers question. They can tell you one thing on Thursday and the opposite on Friday. No problem. They can repeatedly make assertions that are totally contrary to the established facts. No problem.
Two charts demolish the notion that immigrants here illegally commit more crime
@Greg:
Ha. Really. I don’t think Trump has been taking pictures from the Obama administration that show “atrocities” and claim it was done under his orders. One day you will wake up and wonder why your ideological masters have been lying to you so consistently.
You know, we don’t need a chart showing illegal immigrants don’t commit “more” crime. No one says they do (see how your propaganda lies to you? Don’t you get tired of that?). However, many of them commit crimes and consider the insult to injury of being the victim of a crime committed by a person that should not even be here. Imagine how they feel about the people who encourage the illegal immigrant to come here.
@Deplorable Bill: Have you noticed that Greg and Rich have moved their arguments from atrocities of the Obama regime to predicting Trump’s holding off immigration issue until after the election. All of a sudden, that President that they think is dumb is pulling off a smart move in waiting until after the election when there are more Republican senators. They just are not smart enough to make a consistent argument.
Just to be clear on the facts, undocumented aliens don’t commit more crimes, per capita, than America’s native-born population. They commit fewer. So Trump’s endless rants about rapist, murders, and drug pushers pouring across our borders, with a few good people mixed in for variety, is complete unadulterated horseshit. It’s typical Trump, exploiting the ignorance, fear, and anger of his audience.
So now he’s going to get on his high horse about the mainstream media and democrats engaging in hyperbole? It’s a joke. And the republican idiots in Congress are calling democrats obstructionists, after dishing out 6 straight years of nothing but? Like the claim that they’re “draining the swamp”—it’s an insult to the intelligence.
@Deplorable Bill: I guess all the propaganda pushed on this isnt working out 54% of Likely U.S. Voters say the parents are more to blame for breaking the law. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that only 35% believe the federal government is to blame.
I wonder how it feels to be in the minority of those that were caught up in the obvious BS pushed by MSM.
From FOX News, June 22, 2018 — John Fund: Why did Trump retreat on immigration? It’s all about the November elections
Mother’s weren’t happy with the policy? What a surprise.
Trump threatens to slam a massive tariff on European cars, which could cause economic chaos
Yeah, let’s do that, too. I could shoot a man on Fifth Avenue. No problem.
@Greg:
Well, there’s some horseshit in there for sure. Let me show you where it is.
First, EVERY illegal immigrant is a criminal, so there’s That. Second, the percentage of illegal immigrant criminals is greater then you represent. Third, the position you say Trump takes is bullshit. He’s never said that. He has, however, pointed out accurately, backed up by FBI data, that a LOT of hardened criminals sneak across our borders. He has hosted many of the victims, people you “compassionate” liberals don’t give a goddamn f**k about because they are lost forever as Democrat voters.
See… there is liberal hyperbole and you participate in it, either maliciously like the others or out of ignorance.
@Kitt: It is a liberal drawback and a benefit for conservatives that liberals believe everyone else is as stupid as their supporters.
@Deplorable Bill: One for Saturdays weekly post http://www.newsweek.com/will-stormy-daniels-join-immigration-fight-990046
She can make one of her “documentarys” and solve the issue?
@Deplorable Bill, #27:
Just as every person who drives 5 miles per hour faster than the posted speed limit is a criminal. Trump University just settled a multi-count fraud case for $25 million. Fraud is a crime, so the President is also a criminal.
Why would you think that? The graphs are based on official data provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety. Is Texas less diligent about law enforcement? Do they give undocumented aliens a pass?
On that point, I agree. I listen to his speeches. I’ve heard him demonize undocumented aliens as a group on many separate occasions. He does this to work up fear and anger that can be used to manipulate his base. Statistically, in the matter of criminal activity, undocumented aliens behave better than natural-born U.S. citizens isn’t going to be received well by his base. He’ll never acknowledge that truth.
That was the same thing—a useful lie. Attentive people had this guy’s number a long time ago. He’s a conman, who has moved from business to politics.
@Greg: The issue has been going on long before Trump, he attempted to enforce the laws on the books, even the compromise of allowing families to remain together isnt enough the last 3 or 5 admins have allowed central America turn into a dangerous crap hole, now they all want to come here we do not need millions of unskilled people, as robots are taking many of those jobs. Most do not qualify for asylum it is a ruse, now because Obama wanted to help underage kids south of the border reunite with Parents living legally in the states. The undocumented are not showing up for court dates but are using entitlements paid for by citizens. We are broke in debt cannot afford to take in all those that want to come even if they were all very nice lawful people. A few of those admitted under asylum by Obama were listed from country unknown WTH how do you not know not where a person comes from?
https://www.dhs.gov/immigration-statistics/yearbook/2015/table17
How can you grant asylum with no background at all, 148 unknowns in 2012.
If a pipe springs a leak, shut off the water til its properly repaired, we need immigration sane, legal, and orderly.
@Greg:
What policy; the policy of enforcing the law? Anyone that is upset is a victim of the left wing propaganda which works in concert with Democrats to get Democrats elected.
Do you deny Obama didn’t do the same thing? After all, you endlessly touted his “huge” numbers of cruel deportations.
None of your equivocation detracts from the fact that they all committed a crime when they illegally crossed the border; a FELONY if they had already been deported once before.
No, you haven’t. You have heard him denounce CRIMINAL illegal immigrants, never the group as a whole. Meanwhile, you liberals RELEASE criminal felon illegal immigrants in your beloved sanctuary cities when they are caught. You even defend MS-13. Inconceivable.
@Kitt: She’s more likely to be down there servicing the prisoners through the bars, men AND women.
People like Greg don’t care about broken laws, criminals and gangs preying on other illegal immigrants and citizens; they just have to carry that liberal water. That dirty, putrid, stagnant, poisonous liberal water
@Deplorable Bill, #31:
Trump supporters rely on their “enforcing the law” argument whenever it’s convenient, but instantly abandon the principle whenever it’s not—a behavior commonly known as hypocrisy.
@Greg: No, Republicans and conservatives believe in the Constitution and the rule of law. The left finds all that simply gets in the way of their agenda, which tells us all we need to know about that agenda.
@Greg: Actually Dumb A-___ all reputable citizens believe that following the law is essential to an orderly society. Obvious, you are not one of those people!
@Greg: Wait wait wait…for a person to penetrate a country not their own, without following the laws of the country for entry and simply sneaking in…that’s the equivalent of a citizen going five miles over the speed limit?
Really stretching that brain of yours, to justify the lost causes of the Democrats.
Let’s me educate you, son: settling in court is not conviction of a crime. Having the FBI say you broke the law…but shouldn’t be charged is proof of both committing a crime and rampant corruption.
And I’m sure you didn’t vote for Hillary, given your lily-white purity of thought.
Anything else, hypocrite?
@Nathan Blue, #35:
I noted previously that unlawful entry is only a misdemeanor, which in and of itself doesn’t really make one a dastardly criminal. Deplorable argued that any crime makes one a criminal by definition.
We really can’t have it both ways. Either we make distinctions or we don’t.
No, it isn’t. It’s a means of avoiding the possibility of conviction of a crime. Trump has bought his way out of trouble in that fashion on many occasions.
That he avoided a possible fraud conviction by agreeing to pay a $25 million settlement doesn’t make Trump University any less of a scam. That the very wealthy can buy their way out of serious legal trouble doesn’t mean they’re honest.
@Greg:
I never said “dastardly”, did I? Are you arguing that a misdemeanor is not a crime? We know one thing; harboring, aiding and abetting illegal immigrants is a federal crime and you support it, so your views on what is and isn’t a crime is not critical to me. Basically, your view is that if the crime serves the liberal agenda, it isn’t a crime.
Yes, committing a crime does, by definition, make the perpetrator a criminal. There are different degrees and this is what the detention at the border (rather than simply letting them go when they bring the requisite kiddie) so important. For, despite your denials, there ARE criminals among them. There are also those who have been previously deported with is NOT a misdemeanor, but a felony to reenter illegally.
There ain’t no “both ways”. There are distinctions, and those are expressed through the penalties. Though a misdemeanor, the penalty for illegally entering the country is deportation. The penalty for speeding is a fine. The penalty for bringing drugs into the country is prison. etc, etc, etc. No “both ways”. One way, for all, and that should include liberals and illegal immigrants.
What does that have to do with this? Is that your white flag?
I’m arguing that a misdemeanor doesn’t warrant forcibly separating a toddler from its mother, sending the child to an undisclosed location, and not giving the mother a clue when she might get her child back. I find this morally reprehensible.
I’m just pointing out that the man in the White House is more of an effing criminal than the mothers he has forcibly taken children from. He has always selfishly pursued his own interests, stepped on anyone in the way, and bought his way out of any negative legal consequences. The fact that he has avoided trial and conviction by doing so isn’t the equivalent of honest, honorable behavior.
Some people threw up their hands in despair even before election day and cursed every voter about to enable him. I’ve generally shown more restraint, thinking people will eventually realize they’re being manipulated. It may not matter. Damages are piling up so quickly on every front that they may not be repairable.
@Greg:
Well, that would depend upon the misdemeanor, wouldn’t it? For instance, someone with a readily available history through which to determine if that person has a criminal history could be released and expected to show up for a court date. However, someone who illegally crossed a border without identification or records which are available for investigation might find themselves in a cell. Or, should we always release anyone suspected of committing a crime if they draw a kid on us? Keep in mind, these “mothers” brought this upon themselves. They were warned, but the left continued to telegraph the likely methods to employ to get around our laws.
Well, it would be if it was going down in the way liberals are propagandizing it. However, it isn’t so all you find it is politically useful… you think.
Well, actually he isn’t; he merely kept the biggest criminal that could have been there from being elected. You merely like to PRETEND he is because that salves, somewhat, the open sore-loser wounds you still suffer from. You’ve tried for almost three years to make some type of criminal activity appear (ANY type) but since there isn’t any… So, the screaming at the sky (in a variety of forms) must continue.
There. Fixed that for you.
Oh? Such as? Trump’s popularity as his successes mount up only grows. This is why there are so many on the left that are absolutely Loony Tunes.
@Deplorable Me: Greg has a mental illness that none of us can cure. People like Greg tend to gravitate towards the radical left. Pelosi and Waters are just like Greg. Facts do not matter. For them monsters still reside under the bed. They make up their own facts and laws. Most have at least two personalities living in side of their small brain. They hear voices telling them what to say and do. All have joined the same church. The books of their bible are published in New York and Washington, D.C. Throwing money at problems is their solutions. Blaming everyone else for their short falls (low intelligence levels and lack of common sense) allows them to sleep at night. Any opportunity to take hostages to make a political point is chapter 1 in their play book. The sacrificial use of children, their school lunches, their education , their health and welfare is most commonly used to forward their ideology. They are without ethics and morality since those characteristics have been discarded long ago when “any means to an end” philosophy was adopted. Greg is a typical low information, low IQ voter who can not think for himself. Unfortunately, the swamps of Washing D C are teeming with persons with this disease. Their presence justifies youth in Asia.
@Randy: I seriously doubt he believes much of what he argues. I began to suspect this when he actually admitted to believing Hillary deleted and totally wiped out 33,000 emails the moment they were demanded by the State Department because they were about yoga, weddings and funerals. That’s a bridge too far; NO ONE is that idiotically stupid!
We are definitely not a Trump cult.
(irony — the expression of one’s meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.)
@Greg: It is uncountable the number of times the left exposes exactly what their urges are or what they have been doing by, out of the blue, accusing others of their own actions. Cult? How about the Obama worship cult? Talk about something about NOTHING! Seinfeld should sue them.
Yeah, this whole judges and courts thing is a joke.
@Greg: These are illegal immigrants. Unless they can show proof they are “refugees”, they should be turned away at the border. Let Mexico, who facilitates their illegal crossing, deal with them. Maybe THEY’LL wise up. Perhaps, one day, liberals encouraging illegal immigrants to die at the hands of coyotes, risk life and limb traversing dangerous regions of Mexico that prey on them, just so they can score political points and convince some to vote for them, will feel remorse over their unconscionably evil exploitation of human life.
Turning them away at the border or promptly putting them back across it isn’t what is being done.
Trump tweets Dems “don’t care about crime and want illegal immigrants no matter how bad they may be to pour into and INFEST our country like MS-13.”
Pure bullshit.
@Greg:
I seem to remember when Obama was President, it was called “discretionary”. Obama was allowed to follow or not whatever laws he cared to. He could make immigration law and hand out amnesty with the stroke of a pen. He could delay whatever parts of a duly past law at his whim. So, since following the rule of law has been made optional by Obama, why would you have a problem if Trump did it? You and everyone else that voted for Obama (and Hillary, for that matter) demonstrated the Constitution and rule of law, if it gets in the way of agenda, doesn’t matter.
