Trump Attorneys Hinted At DAMNING Evidence Of Biden Collusion In Documents Case

by Chris Powell

Former President Donald Trump’s legal team has reportedly hinted at damning evidence of collusion involving the Biden White House in the ongoing classified documents case against him.

In a series of tweets, reporter Julie Kelly detailed her account from a classified documents case hearing in Judge Cannon’s courtroom. Kelly reported that Judge Cannon was skeptical of the special counsel’s assurances of the trial dates and questioned the DOJ’s approach.

Most notably, Trump’s lawyers informed Judge Cannon of evidence suggesting that the Biden White House collaborated with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and intelligence agencies to determine which documents should be included in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s indictment against Trump.

The lawyers pointed out a June 2023 letter that asked the Department of Energy to revoke Trump’s active security clearance shortly after Smith handed down the classified documents indictment.

This adds another layer of complexity to the ongoing legal battles involving Trump. Just a few weeks ago, Trump lambasted the case against him in the New York City courthouse, calling out what he viewed as significant inconsistencies and calling for the case’s dismissal.

“Frankly, this case should be dismissed. It should have never been brought up. This case should have never been brought up. And this case should be dismissed,” Trump said, continuing, “This is ridiculous, what’s going on. All you have to do is take a look at the record of the people in the room.”

If substantiated, the development could shed light on a coordinated effort to target the former President and might significantly impact the case’s trajectory.
