We absolutely refuse to have Big brother Dictate our Diets or what we drive over a totally phony threat of Global Warming/Climate Change its time to evict the UN/Globalists from America

This along with the other is a huge backfire. Sentiment in America is not with these deranged people. The core of America is still with President Trump. There actions have re-elected President Trump. They cannot defeat him at the ballot box and soon their attempts at lawfare will fail as well.

They will be wondering how the nation was allowed to be turned into a banana republic that imprisons political opponents.

If you had any doubts that this is all about political theater, the mug shot and bail should erase them.

Troll alert

Poor Marty. Gone but not considered informed.

07/11/23 – Congressional Republicans Want Big Cuts to Social Security

Proposals would rip away support for middle class.

The Republican Study Committee (RSC) has just released its FY 2024 Budget Protecting America’s Economic Security and once again called for significant cuts to Social Security. The RSC has served as the conservative caucus of House Republicans since its founding in 1973, and it currently consists of 175 of the 222 Republican House members. The group has been proposing cuts for decades, but the current round puts them at odds with the GOP presidential frontrunners. Donald Trump has urged Republicans not to cut a single penny from Social Security and Medicare; similarly, Ron DeSantis has said that he is “not going to mess with Social Security.”

Of course Trump and DeSantis make such statements. They couldn’t otherwise be elected. But electing a Republican is precisely what would make such action by a Republican-majority Congress possible.

The proposal in the RSC document is titled Preventing Biden’s Cuts to Social Security.  If you haven’t heard of any cuts proposed by President Biden, that’s because he hasn’t made any. The provocative title refers to the cuts that would occur in the early 2030s when the reserves in the trust fund are exhausted. By law, Social Security cannot provide benefits for which it does not have financing and – once the trust fund is exhausted – incoming payroll taxes and other revenues would be sufficient to pay only 77 percent of scheduled retirement benefits. Hence, current and future beneficiaries would see an across-the-board cut of 23 percent in 2033.

With revenues off the table, the RSC proposes to eliminate Social Security’s 75-year deficit solely by cutting benefits. To the extent the that the current package, like last year’s, is modelled on a bill put forward in 2016 by Sam Johnson (R-TX), it’s worth taking a closer look at that bill. According to scoring by the Social Security actuaries at the time, the Johnson plan would reduce Social Security costs at the end of the 75-year projection period by 31 percent (see Figure 1)…

Is Biden saving Social Security by only giving the Maui survivors a one time assistance of $700 while we support illegals for G-d knows how long?

Trump should go throw them some rolls of paper towels.

Why doesn’t Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden waive his Social Security payments? He’s already getting $235,000 a year to take vacations, why is he sucking Social Security dry? Isn’t the salary he does nothing to earn and the millions he got from bribes and influence peddling enough?

Project 2025: 920 pages, but republican intentions concerning Social Security and Medicare are totally absent. Why do you suppose that is?

What is the Democrat plan? Put all the illegal immigrants on Social Security and print more money?

Removing the payroll cap for FICA tax would keep Social Security solvent through 2046. The majority of American families would see no payroll withholding increase as a result.

By 2046 the number of living baby boomers will be in rapid decline. The baby boom generation originally had around 76 million. By 2046, the projected number still living will have declined to around 46.9 million.

If the payroll cap ISN’T removed, the only way to continue the program is with significant benefit cuts and increasing the retirement age. That’s reality. Add this to the fact that corporations have essentially eliminated pension plans.

The entire system is now set up to benefit the wealthiest.

Removing the payroll cap for FICA tax would keep Social Security solvent through 2046.

By 2046 the number of living baby boomers will be in rapid decline.

Ironic how you have no problem with baby boomers paying the tab but your party continues to support abortion on demand, up and even past, natural birth. Maybe you should have thought about how Social Security works before you encouraged women to have an unethical physician kill their children.

If the payroll cap ISN’T removed, the only way to continue the program is with significant benefit cuts and increasing the retirement age. That’s reality.

No, that’s not reality. It would only be reality if money was not fungible. But, Mr. Dumass, it is.

So why don’t we fire 20% of mostly useless federal employees? Or maybe eliminate LBJ’s Socialist laws for his “Great” society that is not so great (just take a look at the barrios and the slums). How much have we donated to the Zelenskyy fund so far (so he can grift even more $$ in payment for not ratting Biden out)? Or stop giving the country away to illegal aliens who should be shipped back to their home countries about 1/2 hour after they illegally cross the southern border? A plane ride is a lot cheaper than supporting those illegals in perpetuity.

You didn’t answer my question. Why is shitbag Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden taking money from Social Security?

If you asked in a civil fashion, you might get an answer.

Bullshit I never insulted you and WAS civil even though you don’t deserve civility.

The truth is, you have no answers. You are stupid, ill informed and simply blather what you are told. You, and your radical left wing party, have no answers, just a blatant desire for unlimited power.

I haven’t been on the receiving end of an insult-free post from you in years.

Bullshit I never insulted you and WAS civil even though you don’t deserve civility.

I haven’t been on the receiving end of an insult-free post from you in years.

Well, I did call you Mr. Dumass. Insulting perhaps. Honest, for sure.

So.. no explanation for the utter hypocrisy of your Democrat party and the corrupt, treasonous pedophile, Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden, just that hypocrisy is what they are. OK. That’s what I figured.

09/18/23 – Trump acknowledges he was told 2020 election lies were false in wide-ranging interview

Former President Donald Trump acknowledged in a new interview that, despite receiving counsel from multiple people that the 2020 election was not stolen, he pushed ahead anyway with his false claims to try and overturn the results.

The comments to NBC’s “Meet the Press” directly address a central premise of special counsel Jack Smith’s case against Trump over his efforts to subvert the 2020 election results: that Trump knew the election claims he was making were false after being told by several close aides that he had lost.

“It was my decision, but I listened to some people,” Trump said.

“I was listening to different people, and when I added it all up, the election was rigged,” Trump told NBC’s Kristen Welker.

He added, “You know who I listen to? Myself. I saw what happened.”

Not guilty by reason of delusional thinking?

After 3 years of the same ending EVERY F**KING TIME, don’t you think someone might consider briefing this bumbling, lying, corrupt, treasonous, idiot pedophile on how to leave a stage? Either they are THAT stupid or Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden can’t remember instructions for longer than an hour.

“The former president’s efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, and the resulting attack on the U.S. Capitol, place him squarely within the ambit of the disqualification clause, and he is therefore ineligible to serve as president ever again.”

Maybe, if Trump had actually been guilty of being involved in anything like that, or anything like that even happening. But, as the reality really is, he didn’t and all this is about is Democrats desperately trying to interfere in an election because they are cowardly, gutless fascists.

Which also begs the question, Why now? This flurry of fraudulent lawfare has one intention only, prevent President Trump from returning to office. Were there to be a free and fair election absent of democrat fraud, Trump would win in an historic landslide over biden.
The democrats are in a conundrum, they cannot replace biden because no democrat would want to destroy any future political aspirations by being on the end of a Trump trouncing. And no democrat could get the magical 81 million votes in order to beat Trump.

And no Democrat can possibly reverse the destruction Robin Ware/Robert L. Peters/JRB Ware/Pedo Peter/idiot Biden will leave behind. They wouldn’t be able to reverse the damage because the party agenda prevents it.

We passed 33 trillion in debt yesterday. It will take decades to get the fiscal house in order. It has to start this month on the 30th. I welcome a government shutdown.
There must be structural change to the federal government if the nation is to return to a prosperous environment for the people.
The democrat party has been exposed as the true enemy of the people.

Former US AG files brief in district court claiming Fani’s prosecution of Trump violates Supremacy Clause of Constitution…

Not everyone in D.C. is a scuzzy swamp rat. In fact, there are still some seasoned politicians who stand as staunch defenders of the Constitution. Among these patriots is none other than Edwin Meese, former U.S. Attorney General during the Reagan era.

At the ripe old age of 91, Meese has not only offered his perspective on the Georgia racketeering (RICO) trial involving former DOJ Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark, and calling it as a “noteworthy challenge to federal authority,” but he also has some harsh words for Fani Willis and her weak case against President Trump.

Law and Crime:

“I have read the Indictment in State of Georgia v. Donald J Trump, et al., and focused on the allegations therein that reference Jeffrey B. Clark, who is one of the co-defendants in the case. The Indictment alleges that Mr. Clark drafted a letter and, on December 28, 2020, sent it to his superiors at the Department of Justice (the Acting Attorney General Jeff Rosen and the Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue), seeking their approval and co signature, and again sought their approval and co-signature on January 2, 2021,” Meese began. “The letter is alleged in the Indictment to be a criminal attempted false writing the alleged falsity of which lies in the difference between 1) the position the draft letter proposed that the Department of Justice take and 2) the position regarding the election in Georgia that was adhered to by the then-Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue.”

Meese expressed his belief that Clark was acting squarely within the scope of his federal office when he joined in former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss, despite the opposing views of DOJ as a whole on the subject of election fraud, as seen in the testimony of then-Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen and Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue.
