Days before the upcoming midterm elections, a hammer-wielding mentally ill man — who, according to the New York Post, was illegally in the U.S. — broke into the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and attacked her husband, Paul.
Mr. Pelosi suffered a fractured skull, underwent surgery and is expected to make a full recovery. At the time of the attack, Speaker Pelosi was in Washington, D.C. The media claimed the attacker believed in “right-wing” conspiracies and, in a blog, criticized left-wing politics. But the New York Post wrote: “(The attacker) lived with a notorious local nudist in a Berkeley home, complete with a Black Lives Matter sign in the window and an LGBT rainbow flag, emblazoned with a marijuana symbol, hanging from a tree.” So, there is a lot we do not know of the attacker now in custody. Authorities have not yet publicly offered a motive.
The media and Democrats immediately connected the attack to the alleged “hateful political rhetoric” of “MAGA Republicans,” the leader of whom is, of course, the reviled-by-the-Left former President Donald Trump.
An op-ed in the left-wing Washington Post said: “Pelosi — whom Republicans have long demonized as the face of progressive policies and who was a target of rioters during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol — emerged as the top member of Congress maligned in political ads, with Republicans spending nearly $40 million on ads that mention Pelosi in the final stretch of the campaign, according to AdImpact.”
Trump promptly condemned the attack, as well as rising crime, stating: “With Paul Pelosi, that’s a terrible thing, with all of them it’s a terrible thing. Look at what’s happened to San Francisco generally. Look at what’s happening in Chicago. It was far worse than Afghanistan.” The chairwoman of the Republican National Committee said: “This is a deranged individual, you can’t say people saying, ‘let’s fire Pelosi’ or ‘let’s take back the House’ is saying ‘go do violence.’ It’s just unfair.”
So, by making Pelosi the face of the Democratic Party, Republicans encouraged violence against her and her family? Sigh.
If a mentally ill intruder broke into Mar-a-Lago and struck Trump in the head with a hammer, not only would the Trump-deranged Left barely contain their laughter and glee — for they’d deem it retribution, as they felt when Trump contracted COVID-19 — they’d recruit the thug for Congress.
Where was the media and their fellow Democrats when longtime Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., said about Trump Cabinet members: “If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”
Where was the media and their fellow Democrats when, during the Trump administration, then-Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., stood outside of the Supreme Court Building and, referring to Trump’s court nominees Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, said: “I want to tell you Gorsuch. I want to tell you Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”
Why didn’t the media and Dems connect the dots to “hateful rhetoric” when, during former President Barack Obama’s second term, two New York cops, three Baton Rouge, Louisiana, cops and five Dallas cops were killed execution-style by three different black men — all motivated by the lie of anti-black police “systemic racism”?
Is there a connection to the deaths of these officers and Obama’s rhetoric on cops and race — from “the Cambridge police acted stupidly,” to racism is in America’s “DNA,” to embracing the anti-cop group Black Lives Matter, an organization that promotes the lie of anti-black police “systemic racism,” to welcoming the race-hustling Rev. Al Sharpton to the White House over 80 times, to pushing the “hands up, don’t shoot” Ferguson lie in a speech before the U.N., to “if I had a son he’d look like Trayvon”? Is there blood on Obama’s hands?
Yes.
Nancy Pelosi is the very face of the inflation we face. SHE pushed all the wastefully spending bills, loaded with pork and corruption, dumping $5 trillion into the economy and fueling inflation. If someone was pissed about the rising cost of everything, she would be the one to focus on. While that doesn’t justify violence, the rhetoric of the left incites it from both sides (I don’t personally like being regarded as a racist, fascist, homophobic extremist and it has resulting in a rather short fuse and low tolerance of anyone directing their ignorant ire at me). If the Democrats want a cooling of tempers and lowering of the rhetorical temperature, it is 100% up to THEM to initiate it. No one else stirs up hatred like they do.

NBC reporter Miguel Almaguer reported on the Today Show that accused attacker David DePape and Paul Pelosi were alone in the Pelosi home for thirty minutes, that Paul Pelosi answered the door and did not tell police he needed help and try to leave the house but instead walked away and back to DePape while DePape told police who asked “what’s going on?”, “Everything is good.” It was then that Pelosi and DePape were seen wrestling over the hammer. Police intervened after Pelosi was struck in the head and knocked unconscious.
Almaguer did not note those details contradict the official narrative.
Only break-in was in the rear.
And that was broken in years ago, repeatedly.
This is San Francisco where bending over is an invitation.

The attacker broke in. It’s on security camera video. The 911 call was released. The police body cam footage was released. EVERYTHING YOU CLAIMED WAS A LOAD OF CRAP.
It was a lovers quarrel. pelosi’s lover was unable to make rear entry.

The full video, 911 conversation, etc. Paul Pelosi was making an excellent effort to keep the intruder under control until the police arrived. His attacker is obviously mentally unbalanced, and was pushed over the edge by hateful right-wing rhetoric.
We heard the same sort of delusional, hateful craziness from people in the January 6 mob.

You’ve probably never been an eighty-two-year-old man dealing with a dangerous, irrational person who has come to break your wife’s kneecaps with a hammer. That’s what Paul Pelosi woke up and found himself dealing with. The first responders were a bit slow on the uptake. The 911 operator wasn’t reading between the lines as the situation was calmly described to her. She didn’t grasp the obvious fact that the person posing the danger was listening to the conversation. Some people can’t even see it all laid out on video and understand what they’re seeing.
People interact on the lowest common denominator of their varying levels of consciousness. Up and awake and walking around means different things for different people.
The Pelosi’s are corrupt, and thus enemies of the state.
That’s all that one needs to know.
Fortunately you and those like you don’t get to decide what other people need to know.
But if you are going to hide important information and lie about the rest, don’t whine and cry when some draw the incorrect conclusions. Remember Paulie just came out of a drunk driving wreck he caused where they lied about every aspect of that episode. Once you destroy your own credibility, it has to be restored before you can expect anyone to believe anything you say ever again.
Oh. Really. But everyone else, in the complete absence of the release of any factual details, are guilty of “rumor mongering” when they try to put the pieces of this story together? If the Pelosi’s, who controls the police there, apparently, hadn’t thought they could just suppress facts until interest went away, this could have been cleared up long ago.
Perhaps, as a homeless, drug-addled leftist whose mind was rotted with leftist propaganda, he blamed Pelosi for his homeless condition, since she supposedly represents his region. Sometimes, even the insane have moments of lucidity.
Some people can’t even see it all laid out on video and understand what they’re seeing.
