The FBI has completed its investigation into Brett Kavanaugh and it looks as if the wrongfully accused judge may be on his way to a Senate confirmation. Hopefully, for him and his family, the nightmare will soon be over.
Of course, Democrats are unsatisfied with the FBI’s findings because the FBI found nothing. They want another investigation. On that point, I actually agree with them. Once Kavanaugh is officially confirmed, perhaps there should be another investigation — an investigation into Christine Ford, her attorneys, and Senate Democrats. There is plenty of smoke to indicate that this was all a highly-coordinated political hit job. If it was — indeed, if there was any coordination at all, in any form — then this would be one of the great scandals in American political history.
Let’s review the evidence that potentially points toward something sinister:
1) Leland Keyser, the (former, I’m assuming) friend of Christine Ford who denied ever attending the party she described or even knowing Brett Kavanaugh at all, now reports that she was pressured to change, or “revisit,” her testimony. Who allegedly did the pressuring? None other than Monica McLean, the retired FBI agent and friend of Ford who, according to Ford’s ex-boyfriend, had been coached by Ford on how to pass a lie detector test. When the ex-boyfriend initially told that story, it was assumed that McLean was just a random friend. Now we find out that she has been deeply involved this whole time.
2) Christine Ford has refused to turn over her therapy notes or any of the documentation from her polygraph test. If she is telling the truth, these materials would be enormously important evidence in her favor. If she is not telling the truth, these materials might destroy her case and, at a minimum, open her up to perjury charges. The fact that she will not turn over the evidence seems to indicate that it falls into the latter category, not the former.
3) There is still a lot of confusion surrounding the way in which these allegations were first reported and then made public. Democrats knew about Ford for several weeks yet kept it secret. What were they doing in the meantime? Why did they wait so long? How much communication was there between Ford and Democrats? What was the content of that communication? The secrecy is suspicious and should be explored by federal investigators.
4) Chuck Grassley sent a letter to Ford’s attorney last night, asking for the third time that any relevant documents be turned over. The last paragraph of his letter is very interesting:
Personally, I don’t ever want to go through or witness this circus of garbage ever again. It is emotionally draining and it embarrasses the entire country before the world. If telling lies under oath with impunity for the sole purpose of promoting a political agenda is allowed to continue without penalty, we will most certainly see more and more of it. The Roy Moore campaign was the proving ground and it was executed, almost perfectly, in trying to keep Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court (and destroy him in the process).
Democrats will oppose this for the same reasons that it MUST be done; it will discourage those who are assured that the Democrats have their back and they can say anything under oath and sign anything that serves the leftist agenda and there will be no accountability for perjury.
The FBI has much work to do in getting us to believe that they can do anything right. They must answer for the Steele memorandum. They must answer for the “Russian Collusion”. They must answer for Jim Comey. They must answer for the Special Persecutor.
If they always get it wrong, they need to be disbanded. Simple. Get sufficiently many errors on your copybook, and “you’re fired.”
FBI investigate Ford? Are you kidding me? It would be like Burns investigating Allen. Or Curley investigating Moe.
Waste of time.
Why didn’t Ford et.al. just file complaints in Montgomery County? That would have derailed the nomination and tied Kavanaugh up for months with headlines that Kavanaugh was under a criminal investigation.
If Avenetti believes he has the supporting evidence, shouldn’t have been an issue.
Democrats should be banished from politics. They don’t just want to win, or have different ideas anymore – they want personal and professional destruction of any opponent. Some think it is their duty to advocate the death of their opponents or to physically harm opponents or their businesses. They are no longer in favor of he peaceful transfer of power.
They also demand thought police and reeducation of people not accepting their worldview. They want to install Communism or Socialism thinking that they can do it better, but they are heading down the same road as the other failed attempts – dissenters will not be tolerated: shouted down, harassed everywhere, denied employment, re-training to learn to toe the line, doxxing, swatting, personal life ruined, imprisonment, assaulted, and finally death, though we haven’t quite got there as a routine policy yet.
@SouthernRoots:
They tried. Montgomery County would not take it with such weak evidence. No time frame, no location of the crime, no witnesses. This tells you all you need to know about this episode.
That’s the way socialism works. The opposition has to be vilified and destroyed. Hate drives their supporters. Again… tells you all you need to know.
@Deplorable me: yep.

Now, imagine if Jeb had been elected and had been faced with the despicable, dishonest, personal destruction/assassination attacks of the slimey Schumer/Feinstein/Whitehorse cabal against Supreme Court Associate Justice Kavanaugh. Do you think he or any other GOPe cuck would have continued to support our newest SCOTUS judge like Trump did?
Furthermore, given the sudden spine development of Grassley, Graham, McConnell and yes, Collins, one cannot deny Trump’s refusal to play the standard GOPe cuckian rollover maneuver played a YUUUGE part in this victory over the deceitful lies of Bird, Ramirez and the creepy porn lawyer’s filthspewer Sweatgeeee.
I cannot wait to drink deeply of the tearful howling agony of the left when their vaunted blue wave plops out as the weak wet blue fart that is coming.
You’re revealing what you are. But you’ve all done so long before. It’s revealed at every Trump rally, for anyone with eyes to see. Everything is out in plain sight.
You really should investigate Christine Ford. Have at it. The final straw is presently in somebody’s hand. The sooner it’s loaded onto the camel, the better.
The Democrats have committed sedition. Bringing in Ford and attacking anyone who does not believe in them especially government officials is sedition and is prosecutable under the law. It is past time for the government to do the will of the people. When the “blue” wave barely makes the beach, ethical government officials will start cleaning house and “senate”. Feinstein and Booker should be first with Waters next! As Ed Timperlake said, “When Christine Ford’s lawyer needs a lawyer, the fat lady’s singing.” Things are about to change in Washington.
Grassley keeps demanding the “evidence” that supports Ford’s accusation. Meanwhile, Katz and Ford are saying they are satisfied with the damage they caused; they are not going to pursue any further legal action. Sounds like they want to shrink back into obscurity while Grassley is going to expose this as a left wing plot.
Does the writer of that header actually speak English, or was it translated from Russian using Google Translator? The syntax doesn’t seem to get much better after that:
Maybe there was a shortage of commas that day.
Then again, commas might not have helped much. Maybe it was a long night, followed by a shortage of coffee. Although, after this coming paragraph, I’m seriously considering going back to my Russian translation theory:
The corrupt Democrat matriarchy? Comrade! You’ve got to be pulling our feet! This is not the way American persons talk!
Because he’s still attempting to undo the political damage republican attacks on Kavanaugh’s accuser have done. Here’s a question: Why didn’t they look for evidence before the confirmation vote, instead of methodically blocking testimony from witnesses who publicly announced both their identities and their willingness to come forward and give testimony under oath?
Please, jackass, do prosecute Ford. Let’s have all those people come forward and make sworn statements in a courtroom.
I’m guessing you’ll continue posturing for your base with threats, claims, and accusations, but never in a million years will you create a public setting where any such testimony could be given. Go ahead. Prove me wrong.
@Greg:
Stick around.
Trump: Kavanaugh Was Caught Up in a Democratic ‘Hoax’
There you go. Make the midterms not just about you, but about what happened to Ford as you shoved Kavanaugh through the confirmation process. It’s a winning combination.
They chucked Crissy out of the scooby van right after the vote.
Old and used up, she is on her own to try to collect on the go fund me accounts even find out who started them.
@Greg: Well, it was all based on false accusations and the release of the accusation carefully timed and orchestrated. So, call it what you like, it shows that we don’t want more liberals in our government.
@Deplorable me: The democrat Party from The Party of the Working man to the Party of the Screeching harpies.
@kitt: And indentured servants.
No, he was not proven innocent. He was proven neither innocent nor guilty. There was no trial. There was no verdict. This was a confirmation hearing, the point of which is to evaluate a nominee’s suitability for a very important job.
I will give Justice Kavanaugh credit for speaking appropriate and conciliatory words following Trump’s partisan and intentionally divisive remarks.
@Greg: Yeah, the proof was that Ford was lying, it was a political scheme and Kavanaugh was innocent.
@Greg:
Which leaves no other opinion than he was innocent since our system of juris prudence is innocent UNTIL proven guilty.
No, it was a circus. A circus designed to destroy by the politics of personal destruction. If, as you say, the purpose to evaluate a nominee’s suitability for the position, why was his high school year books gone over with a fine tooth comb when he hadn’t even reached the age of 18? The only thing that should have been examined was Kavanaugh’s knowledge of the Constitution and juris prudence.
You picked the wrong side. Even the head of the DNC is now saying that “There are no moderate Democrats basically left” All that is left is the Socialist left like Perez.
@Greg: He was always innocent, innocent not all the filthy tactics of the democrats can change that FACT.
@kitt: Well, like Hillary and Pelosi say, all the nasty tactics are the fault of those the Democrats target: Republicans.
@Deplorable me: Yes they all are trained alike Greg tries to blame Trump for this stuff, lol they never ever take responsibility for their own actions.
