Taxpayer-Funded Sympathy Tours for MS-13? What the Hell Are We Doing?

I know I am late to the party, but I like to think thangs out before I provide my perspective on anything. However, as par for the course, I will be walking out on the ledge again. I heard or read once:

“Never argue with an idiot. They’ll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.”

I tried to find out who said this, but I couldn’t. Some said it was Mark Twain, and others said Greg King. Just on the notion and my hunch, I lean toward Twain, but I do recognize the possibility that it was King. I read his book on Sharon Tate and the Manson Murders, and have been meaning to get to some of his writings on Russian History (The Fate of the Romanovs, The Court of the Last Tsar), but ain’t never had the chance so far.

Anywho, the above is beside the point. What I want to address is this revised idiocy “threat to democracy” notion that has morphed into concerns about a “constitutional crisis.” Being no expert in idiocy, please tell me what is a constitutional crisis? I could not tell you, but if I had to guestimate, I reckon it describes a situation where there is a serious disagreement about the interpretation, application, or authority of the constitution, especially one that threatens the stability or functioning of a government. The only one I can think of is if a president moved to, or dissolved, the legislature illegally.

Outside of that, maybe Marbury v. Madison (1803), when the Supreme Court declared part of the Judiciary Act of 1789 unconstitutional, or the Nullification Crisis (1832–1833), when the state of South Carolina declared federal tariffs “null and void.” Outside of these, the only true threat in my view was when them 11 Southern states seceded from the Union in 1860. So if you asked me, if deporting an MS-13 gang member, or any illegal alien gang member or terrorist, is a Constitutional crisis, then let the crisis begin.

For starters make this shit make sense mane. If someone breaks into your home illegally, why wouldn’t you want to kick them out? I can’t wrap my head around anyone trying to free an illegal alien who was ordered deported twice. We’ve got cats in the nation illegally who have been arrested and admitted to raping and impregnating 11-year-old girls in Tennessee, and you want these folks as neighbors?

Or what about the two criminal illegal alien “Maryland men” just arrested over the murder of a 23-year-old mother whose body was found on April 17, buried near the Cedarville State Forest in Prince George’s County? Officials in Prince George’s County arrested the men in connection with the murder of Lesbia Mileth Ramirez Guerra, 23, who had been missing since the end of March.

In my neck of the woods, a criminal illegal alien, Hector David Sagastume Rivas, 21, faces charges of felony murder and aggravated assault for allegedly killing 52-year-old Camilia Williams, a mom of five, by strangling her to death. A citizen from Honduras, Rivas has been in the United States since March 2021, according to ICE.

In the Northeastern United States, federal authorities are being prevented from collecting “three Washington County criminal defendants — two of whom are accused of child molestation and the other of murder and kidnapping — extradited to the United States to stand trial,” due to Oregon’s Sanctuary Promise law (all who are avoiding prosecution in other country’s).

So, why is this love affair with Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia happening? And don’t give me no shit about due process. Dude has been in front of a minimum of two judges who came to the same conclusion – deportation is appropriate and approved.

Garcia had due process. The court issued a deportation order in 2019. That court order meant nothing since he was still here in 2025. When issuing the order protecting him from deportation to his home country of El Salvador, the judge should have ordered him held in detention until deportation to another country.
According to the Associated Press (AP):

“The information was enough for an immigration judge in 2019 to keep Abrego Garcia in jail as his immigration case continued, court records state. The judge said the informant was proven and reliable and had verified his gang membership and rank.”

The guy left El Salvador, entered the US illegally, was sent back to El Salvador, where his government decided to keep him in prison. No one seems to ask or care that he was wanted for a crime in El Salvador, or the reason he came to the US illegally. Now they are keeping him in jail. What is the big deal? He was also arrested in Maryland in May 2021 for domestic violence (it’s online).

The Supreme Court ordered the government to “facilitate” Abrego-Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and then to treat him as they would have otherwise, had he not been sent to El Salvador in the first place. The Supreme Court did not say he had to be returned to the United States of Maryland.

Which reminds me, why is everyone calling him a citizen of Maryland, or a Maryland man? “Maryland man” is a false statement. He is an El Salvadoran National. He is El Salvadorian. He came to the US illegally, did crime and was found to be an MS-13 gang member by two seperate US courts/judges (district & Appallette) as noted previously, and therefore he was ordered deported (ordered to leave), not find an American woman to marry and make children with in an additional effort to thwart the lawful deportation order.

So what after the period passed, at the last moment he made an asylum claim to another judge because he feared the “18th Street gang” terrorizing his family’s shop back home in El Salvador. he was still ordered to depart/deport the U.S., but just not to El Salvador. He does not get to come back and live here after all his lies and efforts to thwart the lawful deportation order from 2019. I am sorry for his wife if somehow she did not know his status, and I feel bad for them because he is probably just using her and the kids as sympathy cards. How can he even claim to marry as a non-citizen legally? That this is being made such a big deal is ridiculous. He is not any American politician’s “constituent,” either.

Democrats are disgusting. Why is Senator Van Holland allowed to visit El Salvador at taxpayer expense, if it is known that the Trump administration supports Mr. Garcia’s deportation and incarceration in that country as a criminal and gang member? If this trip was made at taxpayer expense, I feel the Senator should not be reimbursed. This information was known before his deportation. American taxpayers shouldn’t be footing the bill for all of these trips to visit a criminal in his home country. Why not fight for the American people instead of fighting for someone who broke our laws to come into the country?

There are currently 9 American citizens detained in Venezuela. That is correct, there are 9 American citizens currently detained in Venezuela. The U.S. State Department continues to work on its cases, often through diplomatic efforts and negotiations. Many of these detentions are considered wrongful or politically motivated under the Levinson Act, which allows the U.S. to apply additional pressure to secure their release. Still, we see none of these progressive liberals flying to Venezuela.

Why aren’t these folks flying to Gaza to bring back the American citizens still being held as hostages? Not a single democrat has gone to Gaza to demand the release of American hostages. All these cats flying on behalf of Garcia should be removed from office and imprisoned (The Logan Act – 1799).

These people are wild. He’s an illegal from El Salvador, and he’s alleged to have committed crimes and has an affiliation with MS-13. I don’t know about being tossed into CECOT, but he’s supposed to be deposited back there.

The moment that dude set foot back in El Salvador, he faced life in prison for his affiliation with MS-13. He is where he belongs. If his wife wants to take her children to visit their dad, she can arrange that. El Salvador is a very safe country for her to raise her children in, if she can live there. Abrego Garcia got a free one-way ticket to his country of birth and nationality, not coming back to America, never, he’s staying where he belongs, his motherland country of El Salvador.

The guy was an illegal immigrant, a citizen of El Salvador, and an MS-13 gang leader. He may have been deported there by mistake, but he had no basis to be in the USA. I can’t understand why anyone would want him back here. They may have made a mistake because he is a gang member, but he is an illegal immigrant. As long as he is not in the country, it doesn’t matter how they remove him. Got what he deserved.

Legally, his status was changed, so he was deported as a “foreign terrorist” and not like any other illegal immigrant. The dude has a known history and was properly deported as such. Recall that in early 2025, the Trump administration designated multiple Latin American criminal organizations as Foreign Terrorist Organizations. These included major Mexican cartels such as the Sinaloa Cartel and Jalisco New Generation Cartel, as well as Venezuela’s Tren de Aragua and El Salvador’s MS-13. The designations aimed to intensify pressure on these groups and suggested potential U.S. military intervention to dismantle them. President Trump also re-designated the Houthi rebels in Yemen as a terrorist organization.

So I know what you know, and he should’ve been deported. Being thrown in an El Salvador prison may not be appropriate. But, entering the US illegally and never applying for citizenship, you have to assume that he didn’t pay taxes, didn’t drive legally, etc. If his home country has him in prison, that’s on them. Yes, them. A Salvadoran national… illegally in the USA… deported to his home country, is the responsibility of his government, not American taxpayers, American judges, or American courts. The US legal system has zero Jurisdiction or authority to dictate Salvadoran law to the Salvadoran government regarding their sovereignty over a Salvadoran citizen.

The law is corrected. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been living in the country; don’t come in illegally. Democrats are fighting for this man. They are gone, just insane.

These same people did not have anything to say when Obama deported folk in mass.

“According to the Migration Policy Institute and ACLU, approximately 75% of deportations under the Obama administration (2009–2017) were nonjudicial removals, meaning they bypassed immigration court hearings and judicial oversight. In FY 2012 alone, 313,000 nonjudicial removals occurred, compared to 1,400 in 1995. These removals often involved “expedited removal” or “administrative removal,” where Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents, such as Border Patrol or ICE officers, made decisions without involving an immigration judge.”

In Colorado, a bill is currently in the state legislature that will give more protection to illegal aliens and prevent federal agencies trying to deporting them. It includes, among other things:

Bar jail officials from delaying the release of immigrants who have posted bond due to ICE detainers or enforcement operations;

Extend a legal pathway for noncitizens to vacate guilty pleas for class-three misdemeanors, potentially easing future efforts to secure legal immigration status;

Prevent out-of-state military or National Guard forces from operating in Colorado without explicit authorization from the governor, unless under federal orders;

So the play is to side against the American people and assist his wife (common law or otherwise), get her bag. Jennifer Vasquez Sura, the wife of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, is fundraising because Mr Garcia is an “amazing husband and father” to their three children, as hundreds of thousands of dollars pour into her GoFundMe campaign. But they do not have three children together. Mr Garcia is the father of the youngest child only. The other older children have a father named Edwin Trejo Ramos, and he attempted to desperately gain custody of them in 2018.

This GoFundMe for the wife and kids has raised a lot of coin. Makes me think the wife isn’t going to do anything to mess with that coming in and wants it to keep coming in. So she’s not going to talk about the domestic abuse.

It’s all reminiscent of a popular song I heard when I was 10. The song “If Loving You Is Wrong (I Don’t Wanna Be Right)” is a soul classic popularized by Luther Ingram in 1972. The song describes a passionate but morally complicated relationship. I do not want fathers separated from their families, but break the law and start a family ex post facto at my expense, you can kick rocks barefoot mane, So if deportation is the result, I am willing to accept the consequences.

Imagine how great our country would be if those we elected to lead and represent the American people, and those in the media that we have entrusted to keep a watch and tell us the truth, worked for the best interest of the American people and our Constitutional Republic. Could you imagine what a great country we would have?
