I bet this was a very close call, based only on legal precedent.
And a lack of “intent,” obviously.
Special Counsel Robert Hur, who is investigating President Joe Biden for mishandling documents, is not expected to charge anyone, sources familiar with the matter told CNN and the Wall Street Journal.The report suggests a double standard of justice. While there will reportedly be no consequences for Biden, Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted former President Donald Trump in June for mishandling classified documents.
Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Hur in January to investigate Biden after classified documents from his time as vice president in Barack Obama’s administration were found in his possession at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, DC, and at his Wilmington, Delaware, home.
Hur was among those at the Justice Department who had knowledge about the Russia hoax perpetrated against former President Donald Trump.
Hur will reportedly issue a report on his investigation that could be made public by the end of the year.
Is biden above the law?

Based on this precedent, equal justice demands that President Trump’s document case should hold no charges, especially considering he was President and Biden was a VP with far less sway.
Exactly, President Trump, under the Presidential Records Act, could have the documents related to Mar-A-Lago without criminal consequence.
biden on the other hand clearly was in violation of;
18 U.S. Code § 1924 – Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material
The fact that the special counsel has decided to not charge anyone in the case against biden harms any attempt to hold President Trump in any way in violation of 18 U.S. Code § 1924.
smith has no case against President Trump with respect to classified documents. Nor does he have a case regarding January 6, 2021.
Biden the Blunder is the M.S. Media still going to push for this Nit-Wit? If so then their all lost in Stupidland
Obstruction of justice.
