Note the killer was republican collins of maine with her nay. Of course if she had said yes, it would have only meant that one more dem would have had to bite the bullet and try to run on with that vote. West virginia split with Rockefeller always feeling safe with his name in WV voting nay and allowing manchin to vote yes since he is running next election. Collins and other like her need to pay a price for their traitor vote. this is a major job killer and it should be brought up over and over again.

This whole area of endeavor is one sham piled on another.
Today this was exposed:

A Sydney carbon credits company thought to have been running some of the world’s biggest offsets deals appears to be a fake, shifting paper certificates instead of saving forests and cutting greenhouse emissions.
Shift2neutral says it has made high-profile events such as the Australian PGA golf championship and the Sydney Turf Club’s world-first ”green race day” carbon neutral.
But deals to generate more than $1 billion worth of carbon credits by saving jungles from logging in the Philippines, the Congo and across south-east Asia do not seem to exist.

Yeah, envirowackos, they took your money and boogied off with it all.
No forests saved.
No jungles saved.
No nothing saved.

And Obama wants his cronies to boogie off with tons of taxpayer money here.
