“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it.”
THREAD.
Adam Schiff has mentioned Gordon Sondlands' testimony a lot today.
So what did Sondland actually say?
There was no quid pro quo.

Adam Schiff is LYING that President Trump withheld an Oval Office meeting from President Zelensky.
President Trump invited President Zelensky to the White House—with no preconditions—on THREE occasions: April 21, May 29, & July 25.
They met at the first opportunity, at the UN.

#Schiff is now saying that Trump's exculpatory statement — "no quid pro quo" — that somehow that is really a sign of a quid pro quo. This is the sign of a delusional prosecutor.

1) Why is it that nobody in MSM calls out @RepAdamSchiff for a basic and repeated falsehood in this trial? To wit, that Russia helped Trump win an election (and that Trump was trying to repeat this with Ukraine). Where is there any evidence for this outrageous Russia claim?

Schiff is a liar and liars lie. That’s about all there is to it. Until he faces consequences for lying he will continue to lie unconscionably. The media understands why he has to lie, so they provide him cover.
