Rick Perry says there is no room in Texas for anyone who is pro-choice

Ooops. I meant Andrew Cuomo saying that about anyone in New York who is pro-life.

You have a schism within the Republican Party. … They’re searching to define their soul, that’s what’s going on. Is the Republican party in this state a moderate party or is it an extreme conservative party? That’s what they’re trying to figure out. It’s a mirror of what’s going on in Washington. The gridlock in Washington is less about Democrats and Republicans. It’s more about extreme Republicans versus moderate Republicans.

… You’re seeing that play out in New York. … The Republican Party candidates are running against the SAFE Act — it was voted for by moderate Republicans who run the Senate! Their problem is not me and the Democrats; their problem is themselves. Who are they? Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay? Is that who they are? Because if that’s who they are and they’re the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are.

If they’re moderate Republicans like in the Senate right now, who control the Senate — moderate Republicans have a place in their state. George Pataki was governor of this state as a moderate Republican; but not what you’re hearing from them on the far right.”

If you disagree with Andrew Cuomo, you’re not welcome in New York.

I’m so sick of this little twerp! He’s as much of a pompous ass as his father ever was. I’ve got news for Andy-Boy, the cuckold of Westchester – I was here before you were, dipshit, and I’ll keep my tea party, pro second amendment, right-to-life butt here as long as I want and I’ll keep talking against you and the rest of the leftist demagogues that make up your party of liars until I decide to leave and not before. As for you, Andy old pal, you won’t be going anywhere after last years State of the State speech that was a ready made campaign commercial for anyone of either party running against you for President. Oh, by the way, my wife and I will be taking about 200 grand a year out of the state with us when we do go! Enjoy your casinos Andy.

It might be an interesting experiment for all the pro-life people to leave NY and see what happens.
Key to his words:

The Republican Party candidates are running against the SAFE Act — it was voted for by moderate Republicans who run the Senate! Their problem is not me and the Democrats; their problem is themselves. Who are they? Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay? Is that who they are? Because if that’s who they are and they’re the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York….

And what is ”the SAFE Act?”
Essentially it is usurping the Constitutional right to bear arms.
Who are included in opposition?
A majority of counties and sheriffs in New York have developed resolutions which oppose the SAFE Act.
Gee.
Are the majority of sheriffs ”extremists?”
Should they quit their jobs and leave?
Would Cuomo like that?
If anyone else spoke like this in NY, he might be arrested for a ”Hate Crime!”

ANDREW CUOMO IS OF LINES,
IT’S THE DEMOCRATS WHICH HAVE GONE VIRAL,
and running to find their heads sinking in the mud,
it make a funny vision of the ocult,

Ever notice how intolerant the self-proclaimed tolerant leftists are?

Especially as they hypocritically demonize anyone who disagrees with them as being intolerant?

@Pete:

Are they these extreme conservatives who are right-to-life, pro-assault-weapon, anti-gay? Is that who they are? Because if that’s who they are and they’re the extreme conservatives, they have no place in the state of New York, because that’s not who New Yorkers are.

Pete, this is a prime example of the Democratic Party’s “big” tent approach to inclusion. If you don’t agree with them, if you hold a different point of view, if you think that yanking a live baby out of its mother’s womb and killing it is just a bit barbaric, then Cuomo wants you to get the hell out of New York because in his utopia, there is no room for you.

But I promise you, as Cuomo continues his travels, and his speeches, he will remind people that his party is the party of the “big” tent; the Hispanics, the Muslims, the blacks, the gays and lesbians, not to mention the transgendered people who like to wear tutus in parades, the women who think a “choice” is made after conception, not before, all Cuomo’s “big” tent people. Those who subscribe to the Second Amendment, not so much.

The leftists will always, ALWAYS, tell you just how radical they are. But we have managed to dumb down American successfully through our state run schools (being put on steroids by Common Core) so that like lemmings over a cliff, New Yorkers will accept the line in the sand Cuomo has drawn thinking “Hey, that’s not me.”

There will come a day when it is them. We are all individuals and don’t march lock step with every issues on either side. And when the day comes that New Yorkers declare they don’t support the oppression of their rights, as Cuomo ignores them, he will tell them to leave. New York, the entire state, is rapidly hurling toward being Detroit.
