Democrats flew in a highly paid liberal attorney and have 10 volunteers there every day. The RNC and the State GOP are nowhere to be found to help conservative candidate Jon Fredrickson.

Judicial recount underway: Incumbent conservative Judge Jon Fredrickson requested a recount after April 1 loss to liberal Attorney Jamie McClendon. Recount happening right now, set to continue for Thursday, Fri, Sat. Mon, Tues and possibly next Wed.

Breaking update on recount happening right now!!
Conservative candidate Jon Fredrickson picks up 5 votes so far at recount. He was only behind by 55 votes, so now it is a 50 vote difference. BUT MORE: in addition 11 voters found who permanently moved out of state 31 or more days before the April 1st election…but they voted.
Those 11 ballots are illegal. First conservative attorney arrives at the recount to help Judge Fredrickson. Confirmed: Patriots on site helping also.
OUTRAGEOUS related to the recount taking place in Racine County right now. 300,000 non-residents were given Wisconsin Driver’s Licenses by the Wis. DMV – but they still refuse to hand it over to the public, not even to the Wis Legislative Committee on elections.
Now consider conservative Judge Fredrickson who is currently down about 52 votes in his recount, happening right now (see my tweets quoted here for more details).
@RepKrug is the chair of that committee, he asked for the list from the DMV but they told him to pound sand. And what does Krug do? Nothing. Krug has subpoena power but he has never sent one out to the DMV. Which means mafia boss @repvos told Krug to stand down.
I broke this news last night: eleven (11) found who moved out of state long ago….yet voted in the April 1st election!!
Back to the 300,000: a case was filed on Sept 16, 2024 against the Wisconsin Election Commission and the Wis. Department of transportation for that list.

40 electors who voted in the April 1, 2025 election in Racine County found to have permanently moved out of Racine County months and even years before this election date! They moved to different counties in Wisconsin.

RECOUNT in Racine County blown wide open: 252 found who voted in the April 1st, 2025 election there….but left their home address 90 or more days beforehand.
No one knows where they are, they could be across the street, in the next county, or in another state.

WOW how could this be? 51 electors registered to vote in Wisconsin using a physical address….but over time they switched their primary official address to vote from, to a PO Box. WTH?
All 51 voted in the April 1st election, which is being recounted right now (the Racine County judge race).
How did the election clerks in these municipalities allow this to happen? Listed below. These are not secondary PO Box mailing addresses, which are permitted, but primary addresses which can only be physical street addresses.

Are election clerks going to commit perjury?
Patriots are stepping up and filing challenges with sworn affidavits to the election clerks in Racine County. Many challenges have already been filed, and more are coming, I’m told.
Grossly dirty voter rolls are being found all over Racine County – this is the fault of the 6 Wisconsin Election Commissioners. They have repeatedly refused to clean up the voter list for years.
No election in Wisconsin can be trusted with 8,233,011 on the registration list, but only about 4,600,000 adults in the state, and only 84% of those are registered. Judge Fredrickson had no choice but to call for a recount.
If the election clerks go ahead and sign off next week on this judgeship election, knowing there are massive problems, they are open to criminal and civil liabilities. It is the Wisconsin Election Commissioners who put them in this legal jeopardy.

Conservative Judge Fredrickson was down 55 votes, then 51 votes – changes like this are expected during a recount.
But now hundreds of challenges have been submitted to 11 different municipal clerks and the county clerk, Wendy M Christensen. I’ve learned that newly found ones of 159 challenges are being filed within the hour.
This is all due to a dirty voter list. This is squarely on the Wisconsin Election Commission, as for years, they have refused to clean up the statewide voter list. Racine County was one of the dirtiest ones, also. But in addition, the election clerks in that county were required by law to maintain their own local voter registration lists, to keep them clean – now they are paying the price.
8.2 million on the statewide list, with only about 4.6 million adults in the state. And note Inactives can be flipped in seconds to Active.

Wisconsin law requires that an elector’s residence be a physical location where the person actually dwells or resides, not a commercial or business address.
Wis. Stat. § 6.10(1) – Residence Definition:
“The residence of a person is the place where the person’s habitation is fixed, without any present intent to move, and to which, when absent, the person intends to return.”

Wis. Stat. § 6.33(1) – Required Registration Address
“Each elector shall provide…a complete address, including street number and name, and any apartment, unit, or other identifier.”
This provision assumes the address is a valid dwelling unit — an apartment, room, or structure in which the elector lives. It does not permit commercial-only locations.
Case Law Guidance
In State ex rel. Friedrich v. Circuit Court for Dane County, 192 Wis. 2d 1 (1995), the Wisconsin Supreme Court emphasized that “residence” for voting purposes requires an actual physical presence and intent to remain. A nominal address or address of convenience is not enough.
Such registrations are subject to challenge, disqualification, and inactivation under Wis. Stat. § 6.325 and § 6.50.
Wis. Stat. § 12.13(1)(a) – Election Fraud: False Registration “No person may intentionally cause…the registration of any person who does not have the necessary residence requirements.”
And see Wis. Stat. § 12.13(1)(f) – Fraudulent Voting
“No person may vote at any election unless the person is a qualified elector for the election district in which the person offers to vote.”
Voting from a commercial address without actual residence in the district renders the vote fraudulent and unlawful.
Case Law: State ex rel. Friedrich v. Circuit Court for Dane County, 192 Wis. 2d 1 (1995), the Wisconsin Supreme Court held that voter residency requires both physical presence and intent to remain, reinforcing that a nominal or deceptive address is insufficient.
Did Wendy know? How could she not?
It gets worse: in Racine County Case Number 2023SC001810 Tax-E- Conomy Cab Co. vs. Ken Brown Defendant, Mr Brown provided an address to the Court of 337 Main St., Racine, WI 53403 (last updated 05-15-2023).
Again, that was May 15, 2023. Yet his online registration to vote was filed with the election clerk on 1/10/2022. Meaning in 2022 he reg. to vote using the 610 Main St address, in 2023 he used the 337 Main St address to the Court, then on April 2025 (and still) he used the 610 Main St commercial address to cast a ballot.

Election Clerk City of Racine Tara McMenamin. HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of challenges already submitted in the last 72 hours where Tara’s voter registration list is one of the dirtist in the state.
Just like their Mayor Cory Mason whom we caught Smurfing, yep @MayorCoryMason criminally laundered money into his campaigns via Smurfing.

We have seen how important pliant, radical judges loyal to the DNC, not the Constitution, are to the left. They can’t win fair elections and rigging them is getting more and more difficult. But they can use corrupt judges to stop Republican policies and protect Democrat obstruction and violations of the law. Hopefully, this gets rectified.
